DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!. DO NOT USE CHARLES BROWN LAW FIRM! I spent over a year dealing with these idiots over a speeding ticket that I got in Houston, in which they took money from me to "represent me" in traffic court, but failed to mention that this is not legal. Long story short, after a complaint was sent to the Texas Bar Association, and getting them barred from practicing traffic law for a year (with several other plaintiffs who all got monetary refunds), my ticket got dismissed because the lawyer that showed up and the judge didn't want to deal with it.

This law firm is TERRIBLE. Nice try with the fake review someone posted !!! Where are all the other negative ones that were here before?? !! That's my question!!

My name is Jesse and, I live in East Austin, TX. I went to the Charles Brown Law Firm and got RIPPED out of 200 dollars! I had a ticket case I paid over the phone and the stupid office workers forgot to relay the case to a lawyer by mistake!!! Long story short, I waited almost a year due to extensions filed by Charles Brown Law Firm. They forgot to appear twice and I almost had a bench warrant issued for my arrest!!! When I called the office they offered no remorse and actually mocked me about my situation! They refused to let me speak to a lawyer on the phone. Then the Charles Brown Law firm office secretaries tried to make it hard to get my power of attorney when I fired them!

I never did get my money back and they never appeared in court for me once!! I was going to contact the State board of lawyers but I got sent overseas and couldn't pursue it !

If you have any good advise STAY AWAY FROM CHARLES BROWN LAW FIRM !!!

Never Use Charles Brown Law Firm For Anything. You will regr. I received horrible service from the entire representative at the firm. When I initially signed the contract they were nice and prompt enough to send me the contract and get my credit card number. The representative I spoke with named Erica and then Cindy (who is the worst and totally unprofessional).

They did NOT go to the court, I had to finally go and pay the fees. To top it off they have taken the court fee (twice and Lawyer fee), and Cindy admitted they overcharged and to date (3 month have passed) they have not refunded my money. Also if I try calling them Cindy and Co... Never..Never responds.

I am about to submit all the Info to "STATE BAR OF TEXAS".

CHARLES BROWN LAW FIRM IS GREAT. I HAD A COUPLE OF WARRANTS FOR MY ARREST FOR OUSTANDING TICKETS. WHICH WAS KEEPING ME BACK FROM RENEWING MY LICENSE. I CALLED THE LAW FIRM AND WITH IN TWO DAYS MY WARRANTS WERE LIFTED, AND WHEN MY COURT DATE CAME AROUND MR. BROWN GOT 2 OF MY TICKETS DISMISSED AND I ONLY HAD TO PAY A SMALL FINE WITH A 30 DAY PROBATION PERIOD. I PERSONALLY HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE CHARLES BROWN LAW FIRM.
