Great care and treatment, good value.. I agree with the review by "schra6352" that Dr. Mack gives a lot of "extras" like massage and stretching to improve the problem area much better.

He is very low-keyed, takes a lot of time to know you and the problem and doesn't charge you for unnecesary treatments like most of the rest of the other Chiropractors I've been to.

His neck adjustments on me were great!! Much better than most other Chiros.

I've been to over 10 different Chiropractors and Dr. Mack is the top of my list!!

Kink is gone!. Dr. Mack's yellow page ad stated "open at 8 am", and that is why I called on a Monday morning. The pain shooting up my spine, when I would take a step, sometimes would just take my breath away. He informed me that my type of lower back pain was caused by accumulated stressors/shocks, and that the bad shoes I had worn to walk to the grocery store and back was the literal "straw that broke the camel's back." Apparently, the lower ab excercises I do strengthen my psoas muscle (surrounds the spine and involves the hip rotator) more than my lower abs. This damaged psoas muscle protects my spine quite well, but contributed to the stubborn refusal of my spine to "pop" back into place. Dr. Mack achieved this in 3 visits...the psoas muscle is still a bit sore, but I will take his advice and stop doing the particular lower ab exercise, which unnecessarily works my psoas more than my lower abs. I would have to agree with the comments of the other reviewer I have read. Also, Dr. Mack said stretching and applying an ice pack to the sore part would assist him in removing the pain sooner...the over-the-counter pain ointment I applied might feel good temporarily, but would not help to reduce the swelling/inflammation of the surrounding muscle(s).

Great Chiropractic Care!. Dr. Mack is not the typical rack 'em and crack 'em chiropractor. He takes the time to stretch and warm up those muscles that are insistent about keeping those bones in the wrong position. This loosening up of the muscles makes for a much easier adjustment and one that holds for a while. Dr. Mack is also great about making last minute and 'dire need' appointments. He is a 10+ out of 10. Having been to many chiropractors, I honestly have to say that Dr. Mack is my number one choice!
