Delicious!. I absolutely love Diet Gourmet! I went there yesterday and had a Mango Shrimp salad. It was to die for! I think that the basil in it was the topping on the cake. The mixture of basil, mango, and shrimp flavors could only be described as culinary excellence!

Overall, the prices are great, food is delicious (lots of variety), and I loved the design of the store. Very cute.

It is not only favorful, it is also healthy with so much variety. The staff is also wonderful: very curtious and very helpful. It has been a Great experience.

Very Clean. My husband and I tried Diet Gourmet for the first time not too long ago. We love the food and whow what a variety. They have a huge menu with a ton of meals to select from. Also it's nice to know the place is very clean!! We will be long time customers.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I love this place, dispite the reviews previous. I have never dealt with a more friendly customer service staff and they "go out of the way". Quality customer service has become almost void at these other places.The meals are very fresh and eye appealing.

I love the food, escpecially the Lasagna Roma and Beef tips. I was running late but after I picked up my dinners I decided to try their liitle deli. Wow what terrific bread!! I had the "Jay Bird". Loved it!!

Deja Vu! Unprofessional Managerial Staff with Attitude. Let me first echo the same sentiments of an earlier reviewer about this establisment, mainly the oversight/managerial staff is rude and unprofessional with attitude. It would also be good if the place had later/longer hours for those who may want to stop in and eat after 4:30 pm. Its too bad ownership seems either uninformed or indifferent. There definetly are too many other options to go and have no intentions to visit this eatery again nor recommend to anyone.

RUDE and unprofessional staff. Diet Gourmet is a good idea for people who are busy...however the expense is not justified in my opinion for every week. I would order every few weeks. Normally I receive good food and service from the Richmond location. This past order however, I placed the order and picked it up on the scheduled day and gave my credit card for what I presumed to be payment for my order. Two weeks later I received a rude call saying that my order was not paid for. This was odd seeing as how you cannot place an order online without a credit card AND the fact that I had to present my card when picking up. So two separate opportunities they had to collect payment from me and failed on both attempts. I agreed to check my bank account for the charge and then had no problem with resolving the discrepancy. I had several phone calls and voicemails back and forth with Diet Gourmet staff trying to get this resolved. I will not be ordering from Diet Gourmet again...the staff is very unprofessional and got into a screaming argument with me over the phone when I was trying to settle my account. I had questions about why this time the ordering process was so difficult and she kept saying "I dont know". As a consumer/customer paying top $ for the food I was unsatisfied with this rudeness. It is just too much hassle and the food isnt absolutely fabulous...so for me...not worth it, especially the attitude and disrespect of the staff. There are too many other places that offer this similar service for a better value and much better customer service.

Great for Busy People. Diet Gourmet offers FRESH and nutritious food at affordable prices. This isn't like nutrisystem or frozen meals. The meals are all freshly made and heat up well in the oven or microwave, depending on the dish. Breakfasts and lunches are quite portable, so you can take them to work.

My husband and I are very busy professionals with a 9 month old. We are very health conscious but don't have much time for cooking and marketing, and going out to dinner is tough with a small child. Diet Gourmet offers a great solution to this problem. We have a much more varied menu every week and eat much healthier than when we were preparing our own meals and eating/ taking out. Also, since they give you the choice of 1700 and 1100 calorie meals, it doesn't feel like you are on a diet. My husband orders the higher calorie meals and I generally order the 1100 calorie meals, and the selection is extensive and rotates weekly. They even have a la carte items and snacks. You can also choose how many meals you want each order, so you can factor in eating out or having the time to prepare dinner yourself.
