Worst customer service. I was so excited to find this place. It is so close to my house, but unfortunately my experience was terrible. I am 8 months pregnant and I love getting my nails done to brighten my day. I walked into Perfect 10 spa for the first time and was looked up and down by someone who I assumed was the receptionist. She asked why I was there and I asked for a manicure and pedicure and she told me that she would talk to me in a minute so I sat down. The next thing I know she was at a desk in the middle of the spa. Without even looking up she says I can see you now and I assumed she was talking to me from across the room. So I walked over and she was holding an appointment book and said that she could squeeze me in for a pedicure in 45 minutes. While I was considering this, she then said, well I guess we could squeeze you in for a manicure in 15 minutes. I only had about 1 hour to spend at the spa, so I agreed to wait the 15 minutes. She then shut the book and walked off without saying a word to me, so I decided to sit in the front of the spa. After 40 minutes, I had neither heard nor seen the receptionist and so I went looking for the receptionist without any luck. So I decided to leave and go to a friendlier nail salon that was more than willing to make a pregnant woman feel comfortable and accepted.

Called Perfect Ten for a reason. I love this place! It's so close to my office, I can go on my lunch break. Jackie does my nails, and she is the BEST!!!!!!! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else after going to her. The place is soooo clean, and I always have a great visit when I am there.
