Twin Oaks Shine On!. OK..if you want a cheap dry cleaner that uses harsh chemicals that destroy your clothes then Twin Oaks is not your best choice! Twin Oaks has been cleaning clothes in Houston for more than 25 years, hello! If you can afford good clothes you should be able to afford a good dry cleaner. Shame on you for bad mouthing a business that has worked so hard in the community because of the price.

Good products and good service cost more!

RIDICULOUS!!. This place is absolutely ridiculous!! Upon picking up my dry cleaning today, I was told that my bill was $25 for 2 SHIRTS! When I asked the lady why it would cost so much, she said, "they're blouses." Oh really?? Why would I take anything other than a blouse to the dry cleaners? Didn't know that people took their t-shirts to the cleaners!! UGH!!!! CROOKS!

Revived my White Jacket. I had a short white trench coat from Banana Republic (so not couture) I thought it was beyond repair but one visit to Twin Oaks and I had a new jacket. They restored its color, fixed its tattered belt loops and replace a few buttons. I just wanted it cleaned but they went above and beyond to give me back my jacket. Thank you Twin Oaks, I receive compliments every time I wear the jacket! If you want your close to have some serious TLC take them here. If you want cheap, take your chances as Pilgrims.

Ridiculous Prices. My fiance brought 12 pieces of clothing to be dry cleaned and laundered. There were 3 pairs of pants and 5 sweaters (dry cleaned) and 4 shirts (laundered). When he went to pick it up, he was shocked to find out that the bill was $99. This was the MOST outrageous prices we've ever seen in a dry cleaners, including when I travel and have the hotels do my clothing. The prices were not posted anywhere, and we (naively I supposed) believed that they would be in line with the other dry cleaners on the block; aka about $3-5 per piece. I've never paid over $30 to have the same amount of dry cleanind done. This was outrageous and ridiculous, and we will NEVER return there again. Perhaps they may do a great job on couture items or specialty fabrics, but it's simply not worth it to pay that much to have a regular sweater cleaned. Absolutely unnecessary. Will not ever return, nor will I recommend anyone use them.

NEVER could I have imagined such INSANE prices. I took in 3 pairs of women's dress cotton/polyester pants and a cotton queen size comforter, nothing fancy. They told it would be ready in a week. I came back, and the bill was $125. Their prices are insanely high! Each pair of pants was $12.50, and the comforter was $83. I should have told them to keep it! I didn't even pay $83 for the frickin' comforter! I do NOT recommend them AT ALL. The woman at the counter just looked at me and smiled and said that "those are our prices." I will never return there again, and discourage others from going there.

Taken to the cleaners---literally!. Make sure you ask for the price per item. I dropped off 11 items (shirt & skirts) to be dry cleaned when my girlfriend asked how much per item I told her I didn't know. At most I expected to pay $3-5 per piece, WRONG! Instead I paid $9.63 (skirt) and $7.92 blouse, $8.03 men's shirt. The sad thing is when I paid the shocking $96 bill my clothes weren't even packaged special, no wooden hangers, no gold leaf paper.
