Most horrible experience ever. Called and received a quote for a tub with jets .. Sales person gave us a quote , sent us a picture with specs and had a salesperson walk us through there website to view the tub.. All which had jets... So we purchased the tub from them..had to wait 3weeks for it to arrive. Had to pay some one 80.00 to go and pick the tub up from Houston ( live in Beaumont area)... When we received the tub it wasn't the correct one. Had no jets just a big soaker tub.... Well now they refuse to take responsibility for there mistake and want to charge us a 25 percent restocking fee.. Which we have the email they sent with the picture with jets... After a week finally talk to a manager who then didn't return my call... Had to call him 2 days later.. And the outcome is they will take the tub back and give us a refund but we are having to drive all the way back to Houston to return it.. The point is I could of went to Lowes locally and purchased a jetted garden tub for the price they want for the correct tub and didn't have to wait for 3 weeks or pay someone to go pick up the tub. Very inconsiderate company .. Didn't care they gave incorrect information or in-convinced us.. Wouldn't recommend doing business with this company ever...

Helpful, knowledgable, professional. My condo flooded with Hurricane Ike and my kitchen was destroyed. The appliance salesman, Ross, came to my condo and brought along his cabinet designer, Heather. Together they drew a plan for my gutted kitchen and made it more efficient than it ever was. Heather ordered the cabinets and My wife and I met Ross at the Showroom on Richmond to pick our appliances. Ross knew exactly what we were up against, his house had also flooded. Three weeks later, after we had our site prepped and done, the cabinets went in. Perfect fit and GORGEOUS!! After the countertops were installed the appliances were delivered and installed. Simply Beautiful!

Thank you so much, Ross and Heather. My home is so much better than before. And you made a very frightening and painful experience just that much easier.

I would recommend Factory Builder Stores to anyone. And Have.

They completed my neighbors house just last month.

DO NOT PURCHASE CABINETS HERE!. We ordered a complete set of Showplace kitchen cabinets from Factory Builder Store. Six months later, our kitchen is STILL not complete, the cabinets installed are quite different from what we designed and purchased, and the company has NO interest in our satisfaction.

Our first indication that things might end up badly was when the installer left our kitchen a mess: construction debris (including nails) on the floor, doors askew, trim work sloppily done, nail holes unfilled, screw heads exposed, etc. We assumed the installer wwould be returning to finish and tidy up - NO -- he was finished! Removal of the boxes and packing material was not included in the purchase OR installation cost, so we had that mess to deal with. When we complained, it took over 3 weeks for our "designer" to come see the job, then over a month -- yes SEVEN weeks -- for the installer to return, not to do the work, but to see the fact that the work needed to be done -- we STILL have no schedule for the work to be completed!

We ordered roll-out shelves for our cabinets. The hardware is very poor quality and they are not sized to fit our cabinets. TOO BAD, NO RETURNS -- we "should have known what we were ordering".

BEWARE! FBS will not provide an itemized receipt, so there is no way of verifying our order. Our "designer" (really just a salesperson) ordered a bunch of extra stuff which will never be used -- TOO BAD, NO RETURNS. So, we paid for it AND we paid installation for it. Now we will have to figure out how to dispose of it.

The worst part of our experience is that we designed, ordered and PAID for a lovely hearth style range hood. What was installed does not look at all like what we ordered. NOW, the supervisor tells us the design we purchased is IMPOSSIBLE, so we need to just be happy with what they have installed instead. We are NOT happy. TOO BAD, customer satisfaction is NOT guaranteed.

Bath cabinets from Home Depot resulted in total satisfaction.
