I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT

SLOW, AVERAGE, SURFACE CLEANING. IF I DIDN'T HAVE A BAD BACK I WOULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $500 TO CLEAN MY HOUSE AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY DID NOT COMPLETE WHAT I EXTENSIVELY REVIEWED PRIOR TO HIRING THEM THEY JUST WHINED. THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND THINK CLEANING MEANS PUTTING SOME TOLIET CLEANER IN THE BOWL AND RINSING!!!

Customer Service Stinks

The customer service was rude and could not answer simple questions such as: What cleaning do you do? Is changing sheets included? Will you water plants? These are all simple question. If that is the way their customer service works, no way am I giving them a key to my house!!
