DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!

We moved back to West University in January of 2006, and started dropping our dry cleaning off at West U Cleaners. We were weekly customers. Last week, they ruined one of my husband's shirts. When we pointed it out to the manager, he blamed it on sweat! He refused to accept responsibility for the shirt, so we are going to take them to small claims court. We asked them to at least dye the shirt and he said they don't do that, then he walked off. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS! The prices are cheap but if they ruin something, they will not take responsibility for it.
