In Short – One wall of the small shop near the Astrodome is filled with signed celebrity photos--various Dallas Cowboys, Houston Oilers and Carol Burnett--attesting to Hank's charms. Frozen treats are made on site daily, then served up in cones and cups or packed into pints, quarts, and gallons to go. Over 20 flavors make up the selection, with the occasional exotic offering like Mango Madness. Hank also custom creates flavors, starting at three gallons batches on up.

Ice Cream from heaven!

Hank's Ice Cream is heavenly!!! My co-workers and I just had some for breakfast and I am thinking about having some more for lunch. Baskin and Robbins should close down.

I went to Hank's for the first time this past Friday. That is some serious ice cream. I got the Banana Pudding. I tried some of my friend's flavors ... Cookies-n-Cream, Butter Pecan, Brownie Fudge. They wer all so good. It was so good I had to go back on Sunday to get some to take to my parents.

Great customer service but dont leave tips Mr. Hank keep all the tips CRAZY HUH

Hanks Ice is wonderful and tasty yet I do have a problem with the fact that the establishment keeps the tips. I feel that is stealing from the public. If I leave a tip it is for great service not to purchase more ice cream. After finding out that everynight the tips are counted and kept by Mr. Hank that made me feel very uncomfortable so eat the ice cream and DO NOT LEAVE TIPS IN THE TIP JAR MR HANK KEEPS THE TIPS from his employees yet the ice cream is grrrrrrrrrreat and the service is wonderful

- Cons: On Friday No Parking , He KEEPS THE EMPLOYESS TIP THEY"VE WORKED FOR
