Prompt order. The Uniform Connection completed our order is short order. Our order had embroidered coveralls, with patches, embroidered names, and our embroidered logos.

They completed the order for our rush project and answered all our questions along the way.

Dreadful Customer Service. Uniform Connection in a nutshell, horrible customer service. The owner Bill was nice enough to come by my businesses location and let us see samples of the uniforms on our staff. Once I was given my quote the next day, and I mentioned his company's google coupon (10% off) I found, he said it would not be valid because they had already discounted the price 15%. Be warned if you have coupon don't expect these guys to honor it. After I decided I was going to order my uniforms and forget about the coupon I could not get a call back. Every time I called the owner, one of the reps would say he was in a meeting or helping another customer. Not a problem, I understand that people get busy, but I did leave 5 messages with my number over a several day span. If not getting your phone call returned is fine in your book then this uniform company might be a match for you. If want good customer service then I would suggest saving yourself the headache and hassle of the unprofessional service from The Uniform Connection and look elsewhere.
