Wow, what a vet office, not exactly sure how to describe how I felt taking my cat there. Felt like a visiting head of state with the welcome I got from the receptionist, the technicians and even the Vet herself. Primo (my Cat) felt comfortable there too. The Diagnosis was right on with a previous occurence of Primo's medical problem. The difference between this clinic and one I used previously; This vet cured Primo!!!!!!! I love the people and the clinic cats at ALL CATS VET CLINIC. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

I strongly recommend that you do not take your cats here. I was there over an hour in an emty waiting room. They let a large amount of cats run around loose, which made my cats even more nervous. 10 cats or more. My appiontment was for 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:30 to take care of any paperwork, becuase of my new customer status. Two people in front of me, just to pick up medicine, took the front lady 20 minutes to proccess their transactions talking about this and that. She did not seem all there, as for the rest of the staff I came into contact there. Then I check in, she then sees me 10 minutes later and asked what I was there for. One customer was called in at the same time I was suppose to be seeing the doctor. She never came back out. Then I hear the doctor take a call, which lasted another 15 minutes. Another lady on staff kept yelling at the loose cats when they would fight, and especially at one cat that did not like getting their nails trimed by her. I don't know who it belonged to. Maybe the doctor is worth seeing, but I got the willies there and it was the biggest waste of time, stress and gas.

Cons: service, not professional, unorganized..ect.....
