The Scene – Evidence of a multimillion-dollar expenditure for the Houstonian's two-story, 17,000-square-foot spa is everywhere. A luxurious common area with a float pool as the centerpiece faces a glass wall of natural light. Underfoot, a stream of river rocks and water is covered by glass tile flooring; spa-goers literally walk on water. On the second floor, each treatment room has an obelisk of flower petal-specked, handmade paper hanging from the ceiling. A quiet relaxation area--called the Tranquility Room--is located upstairs. Private VIP suites can also be reserved. –…
Not what I expected

The massage was OK, definetly not worth the money. The level of the service does not match the atmosphere.
Great Facial, Facilities
by tts2300
I got the Active Pureness facial and really enjoyed it. The steam room and whirlpool bath are wonderful to enjoy before your appointment. My facialist Maria was very skilled- my face is so soft and clean. It wasn't the most relaxing facial I've ever had, but the results were there afterwards.
- Pros: Fabulous facilities, good cleansing facial
- Cons: Expensive
Horrible Customer Service
by ldinerstein
I am a member at the Houstonian and recently called to book treatments for myself and my husband. Two hours before the treatment time they called my husband and cancelled b/c the therapist had gone home sick. When I called to inquire in more detail they were rude and uninformed. They told me I was wrong and made me feel like an idiot. I love the Houstonian and until recently would've recommended Trellis to everyone. What a disappointment!
