Good thing we have choices...... If you want efficient and attentive service, don't bother with this place. This store in particular seems to be populated by a bunch of space cadets. They say they will call next week, then you check in with them several weeks later....and surprise, surprise...they can't remember. They don't know where your repair item is or when they will get it back. Then they call you to authorise a repair you authorised a month ago...Very quick to promise but miss the mark with an embarrassing 100% accuracy every time. I've had to wait for several months to get my repairs done. Who cares about a discounted invoice if I've had to call a total of 9 times, go by 6 times until finally getting what I wanted? Like I said, there is so much choice, don't waste your time unless you have plenty to spare and fancy making reminder phone calls. Oh, in all fairness I should add the following statement: They hired a new manager. Miracles do happen and perhaps they'll clean up their act but as for me, I'll pass on giving them another try.
