Awesome haircuts, if you don't mind waiting a bit.. I walked into the mall wanting a big change: cutting off almost 5 inches of my long black hair for an easier to take care of hair-do. Going in with a friend, we were both surprised at how small the shop was. It's actually quite cute and quaint. When we walked up to the front desk, we just wrote our names, ages, and times of arrivals on the clipboard. Alas, there was a sad set-back, and that was that the place was (or at least when i went there) terribly understaffed. Thus making my friend and me wait for an hour and a half. I would suggest walking around the mall or going to the starbucks nearby at least for a little while instead of just sitting there. When our turn came, the woman that cut my hair was very direct and kind. I was very satisfied with the result, but the long wait had my friend and me in that shop for at least 3 hours. (including the waiting time and getting our hair cut one after the other) In conclusion, it's a great place, but you might want to go to the mall with something else to do besides just getting your hair cut. But, I would definitely get my hair cut there again despite the wait, because the quality of the haircut was worth it.
