BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-. My company would always order cakes from this bakery. The cakes are beautiful and taste good- unfortunately the staff lacks customer service. Once when I went to pick up the cake I was told they didn't have it. I nearly had a heart attack- the girl in the front was so non-chalant about it. Then the guy in the back come out with my company's cake. Another time I was trying to order a cake on the pohone and the lady on the other end was EXTREMELY RUDE. Personally I would rather buy a cake somewhere else and avoid the whole bad customer service part of this place. It's like they don't even care... their bread is overy priced for being a "Panaderia". I think these folks got their name out and now they think they can treat people how ever they see fit becasue hey, people will by anyway, or atleast that is the attitude they give their customers. Wnat a great cake? Want to be sure it's done on time? Want good Customer Service? Well you sont get it here. SKIP THIS PLACE!

Don't Waste Your Time on this Place. I ordered my birthday cake 1 1/2 weeks in advance I was told a credit card was required to place my order.

I was then advised that the cake would be prepared one day in advance to the event. I was asked for a specific time I would be picking up my cake.

At 5pm of the event date I called and advised them I was on my way to pick up the cake and was told okay we'll see you soon.

When I arrived at 6pm (I live 1 hour away from this place) I was asked to wait. I should have known something was wrong when 10 minutes later my cake had not been brought up.

The girl finally came up and said we're sorry but looks like your order was misplaced and your cake is not ready She then said they had called the designer and she was on her way but it would be another 30-60 minutes to prepare another cake. She then offered to give me some plane all white bread with white icing cake out of the freezer - on sale $15 cakes that had been sitting who knows how long. Compared to the fancy 70.00 dollar cake I ordered. She finished by saying or you can just cancel your order it’s not like we charged you anything.

My dinner was scheduled for 7pm another 40-45 minutes away.... I told her I didn’t have 30 minutes I walked out empty handed.

I wondered why when I called no one told me there was no cake.

I wasted an hour drive and I celebrated my 30th with no cake!!!!!! It really set a bad mood and almost ruined my entire night!!!!

I would not trust or count on these unprofessional people. Their customer service is non existing.

Had I know I would have just ordered some sugar babies or some reputable bakery not this hole in the wall where orders are scribbled on a piece of paper and then lost?

very disappointed in 5oth anniversasry cake. I ordered a weddig cake for our 50th wedding anniversary, the cake looked fine except the live yellow roses were turning brown when my daughter picked it up, 5 guests pointed out that we should complain about cake having old and dying roses. If I had picked up cake I would have not paid for it or taken it with dying roses. My daughter did not know what to do and hoped I would not notice. The site for party was decorated with dozens of live yellow roses, outside on 12 tables in vases, they were still beautiful 3 days later. Old roses that were dying was used on cake, I was shocked. The the different parts of cake were suppose to be one layer of chocolate and one layer of white. I have the picture Rosie drew showing that in front of me as I write. Chocolate cake was fine, white cake was very dry. bottom of cake was solid white, middle of cake was solid chocolate and top was white. About one half of cake was left that i threw away on spot I was so disappointed with it. I called a few days after the party which was on October 17th and told who every answered the phone how I felt and to please pass it on to Rosie. I have heard nothing since. Cake was 350.00 dollars. I could not understand her name after asking 3 times but she said everyone was to busy at time to talk on phone.

Rosie's sister had quoted 350.00 Rosie say cake should be 437.55 but that she would honor her sister's price quote, maybe that is why she used old roses on cake. was worth nolthing as it ruined the day for me I was so embrassed about cake with old roses on it. Hard for me to believe Rosie would use roses in that condition, she was so nice when I talked ti her about cake when I ordered it

Excellent Wedding Cakes. Rosie pulled together a beautiful wedding cake for us on very, very short notice. It was elegantly decorated, tasty, and not overly delicate. It traveled very well to the wedding destination (7 hour drive!). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a classy, budget friendly cake!

Absolutely Elegant Creations. I hate cake but by far, this is the only one I have been able to eat, and eat, and eat. Any opportunity I have where I can order a cake for a company event, I call Rosie at La Victoria. Any pictures she post just do not do justice to her elegant creations. I was so excited to have Rosie do both the wedding and groom's cake for us and still use her services after 15 years. We have both aged well . . .

If you EVER want the best, order her dark chocolate gnash cake, with raspberry filling, chocolate covered strawberries and beg her to add the frozen grapes covered in the granulated sugar type coating. The cake is too awesome looking that you don't even want to cut in to it.

For you non-chocolate lovers, her white cake with strawberry filling is just as tasty. I give her a double thumbs up..... Thanks so much for every cake you have created for me. . . Jean
