AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

The store experience was fine but Sears apparently has given up trying to compete with Home Depot, Lowes and other competitors. They simply don't care! We purchased a washer and dryer three weeks ago and to this date, it has still not been installed. EAch time they come out there is a problem, they carry no extra equipment with them and we end have to purchase this part or that part for the installation and then when they come back the problem is different and of course their visits are at least of week apart because they are so darn busy. Doing what - providing awful customer service that their clients have grown to expect. Never Again! In the meantime, we have spent extra money on parts it turns out we don't need and are still sending our clothes to wash and fold. I will never walk with 100 feet of another Sears store. They are tired, don't care and should just closed down!

Deal and service was great! It bothers me after reading the reviews it sounds like a horrible place, but really it is nice, people say hi, and I am not ignored. I just bought a white maytag side by side for $499.93 last week. At home depot it was 809$. I thought I couldnt have gotten so nice a unit if it wasnt for this place. I tried finding this refrigerator model # i think is MSD2272 online cheaper and couldn't. Delivery was yesterday and it went well. I would recommend this place. I got a call today from Daniel asking me how everything went, and that tells me this place does care.

Don't recommend unless you have no other options

Great sales person, delivery driver couldn't speak english and got lost because he couldn't understand my verbal directions. Fridge and hardware were malfunctioning at delivery. After three 15 minute calls to Customer service, I get 4 hour window for tech to arrive. As long as you don't have to deal with a customer service or need it repaired you'll be okay. If you need repairs, you will need to dedicate a whole day to it get taken care off.

Great Customer Service - New Manager

My friend had bought her washer and dryer here a few years ago at a wonderful savings. They had minor cosmetic damage on the bottom, but have worked perfectly for over 5 years.
Now that I am remodeling my kitchen, I was in need of new appliances and went to Sears Outlet to take a look. My first visit: Some of the sales people couldn't be bothered, but i was very happy with the one that did - Alesha. She was very helpful, but the manager couldn't be bothered.
Visited again and am very happy with the new manager, Kevin, and the changes he has made to the store. The once solemn store was a bit of a maze, but Kevin has re-organized the set up of the store and added music and brighter lights. It was a very pleasant exprience. Not only were the sales people more helpful, but so was the manager. Did I forget to mention the wonderful prices on slightly scratched appliances?
