Most exasperating company. I called the U-line company to find someone to repair an ice maker. They gave me Seasonal Comfort. That was THREE MONTHS ago. I am still waiting for it to be repaired. It took two weeks before the technician could come out. I had to wait all day for the technician. When he did, he said he fixed it. It was making ice again, but it wasn't cold so the ice melted. I called again for them to come out. It took another two weeks for them to send someone. Again, I waited, and waited, and waited. He came out and said I needed all these parts. He would have to order them. That was A MONTH AGO. Seasonal Comfort called to say the parts were in and they come get the ice maker and take it in for repairs!! I called to find out when they might arrive so I wouldn't have to sit around all day AGAIN. The lady said it would be between 12-2. Well, it is past two and I am still waiting. I am so angry. I doubt I will ever see the machine again if they ever show up to get it. I am stuck with them for the present time because U-line is paying for it (I think). Do not ever use this service if you can avoid it.

Overcharged for Icemaker. They charged $359 for the parts alone to replace a Sub-Zero ice-maker. After they left I researched the ice-maker on the internet and found that the exact same ice-maker ranged from $80 to $200 with $140 being the most common price. On top of that was a $137 service call and a $99 labor charge. It cost $684 to replace the icemaker!

Very friendly technician though. But not worth nearly $700.

LOUSY SERVICE. Takes days to get a service call. Technician lousy and cannot repair appliances. Cannot anyone on phone. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICE.

Terrible Service; Will Not Show Up. Almost the same as the other review: waited about 2 weeks for a repair appointment. Had to stay at home all day and cancel business appointments. Confirmed three times I was the next appointment and they promised to arrive. They did not call to cancel. Just did not show up.

Sweet folks if you can find them...but not reliable. Waited 3 weeks for a repair appointment. Had to stay at home all day and cancel business appointments. They called around noon to confirm they were coming, so I hung around. At 6pm they called to say they got "backed up" and wouldn't make it until 22 days later....When your appliances are under full warranty - perhaps getting a warranty for the repairman to show should be a given?
