ILLEGAL TOWS & OVERCHARGING. FAST TOW WRECKER SERVICE (dba) ZONE ONE AUTO STORAGE (dba) MILAM ST. AUTO (dba) T BELL'S TOWING

On Saturday 04/28/2012, my Mercedes was illegally towed from 1609 Westheimer, however, I was using the services as 1623 Westheimer which is in the EXACT SAME SHOPPING CENTER. I have a letter from the business tenant of the shopping center indicating that I utilized the services & it was indeed illegal. Fast Tow refuses to refund my $218.30 so now I have a tow hearing scheduled with the Justice of the Peace, filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, & I have an investigation pending with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. I have also contacted several news and media. I will provide an update later on how everything turns out.

Great Company. My son and I have used Fast Tow 4 times in the past they done what they said they were FAST and they Towed our cars the drives were clean and explained every move that he made in towing our cars.The dispatchers for Fast Tow was nice you have to understand the pressure they are under when you call they may be having a bad day also.I check out this Company before I called them I drive a Vette. found out they have been in buss. in Houston for over 75 years they must be doing something right.

Terrible Company. This company is well known as being EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Stay away if possible - most of us don't have a choice when we're dealing with them though.

customer service. These guys were beyond rude. They illegally towed my truck from my own property . The office people were beyond rude. When I threaten to have the news crews come out, they lowered the fee but still charged $100 for their mistake. They lied about the wrecker service not being tied to the storage lot. The word that come to mind is weasels. Lower than low.

Horrible Customer Service.... I did a search for reviews for this place just to write a review. I am not one or normally do this but I felt compelled to let people know about this place. I did a search on Google and found the website. It looked decently professional so I called and was greeted with, "something something hold". A minute later the same guy picked up and said, "no trucks". I thought to myself, "does this guy think I am someone else?"

I asked if he had any trucks just to make sure and he replied with. "not through no water I don't".

It's important to realize I didn't even get to the point where I would have asked for a tow. If this is the start I would hate to see how bad it would have gotten further into it.

Avoid at all costs.. This place is horrible, the guy working for them is extremely rude, and cusses on the phone when you are talking to him politely. Not only that, they illegally towed my car and wouldn't even refund my money. And on top of this I got my car out not over an hour after they had towed my car and it was 191 dollars!! Never go to this place, they are a shady place and extremely rude.

Terrible service. I work for a property management company and I had called Fast Tow letting them we were interested in have them service a whole shopping center. I asked for an email addres and I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I eventually just hung up. The guy who answered the phone was also very rude. Just forget this company and move on.

Avoid for poor customer service. I used google to locate a towing service close to where I live and this towing service was provided first. I called the number, it was answered by someone who was very rude, like, why are you calling me? What the heck, you invited me to call when you advertised your business.....hello. Well it is a safe bet that I will not contact these folks again.

Great Service. The services I recieved from Fast Tow was friendly, courteous and professional. Also, I would like to remark on the cleanliness of the truck, outstanding!
