We drive into town to get service here.
Hubby & I have been coming here for years and he's EXTREMELY picky, especially about his watches. I took 2 to have the batteries replaced yesterday and they did a nice job as always. I used to live literally within walking distance but now travel the 10 miles here to get our watches taken care of, carefully and for a good price.

Worst Experience with a Watch Shop.
I took a new $7000. watch to the watch shop. They scratched the watch while authenticationg the watch. Then they took a file to the watch - and when the repair person saw me watching him - he took his hands below the desk so I could not see. Then the watch was brought to me and I was able to see where it was scratched - I told the owner-the repair person came over and said all he was rubbing it with was an eraser - and after my insisting he was lying- he finally admitted to the file he used. The owner and I discussed intergrity and the owner did not care - and then I found the reviews on line saying how others had terrible experiences ..... the owner said he did not care and evidently the reviews did not hurt him.... and he would not take action on the employee that lied. I have been going there since the mid 80's - something has changed.....

Best Service in Town.
I am a watch collector and buy unusual pieces. I live in Southwest Houston, but drive to the LIttle Watch Shop because they provide excellent service. The folks are a little eclectic, but they're fun and guarantee their work. They charge a reasonable price, and with such expertise I expect to pay for their honest opinion. It's not always what you want to hear. Will continue to use them in the future. One stop, excellent work.

Worst Service Ever.
This is by far the worse establishment I have ever visited. Recently the pin on my watch broke seems like a simple enough repair. I was in a hurry and did not want to drive to my usual jewelry store to get it fixed. I dropped off my watch they called me several hours later to tell me they couldn’t fix it. However they would be more then happy to charge me 400 dollars to replace the internal parts of the watch. At this point I went to my normal jeweler and he was able to fix it. He informed me that whoever opened my watch (the little watch shop) had no idea what they were doing.
This doubled the price of my watch repair however this was still far more reasonable then the 400 that they wanted to charge me.
I decided to go back to the Little Watch Shop and ask the owner about this. When I explained this to him his reaction was to chase me out the store. Once he got me outside he threatened me.
Needless to say this is not great customer service if you have any questions please email me at dontgotothelittlewatchshop@gmail
