The Staff Makes the Experience Great – The idea of working out with a personal trainer had always intimidated me, but my fears were diminished when I met with Michael for the first time. After a working with him for a few weeks, I transitioned to workouts with Daniel. I am seeing weight loss results, gaining strength and even having fun!
All of the staff of River Oaks Fitness is friendly, knowledgeable and great at helping individuals no matter the fitness level. It's obvious that they care about helping their clients achieve their goals.
