Excellent Job, Excellent Service

We had a large sealed unit window (approx 10 by 10) break when a stone was thrown up from a mower. We got quotes from a number of firms and Bobbit was quick to provide a quote and ended up being the cheapest. The other firms were were either late for their appointments or didnt show up at all - very frustrating when you have to take off work to meet these folks. The crew who did the job turned up on time, were very polite, did a quality job, and cleaned up after themselves. We were extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly reccomend Bobbit.

Best place for reproduction, wavy window glass

I have used Bobbitt to replace two windows with reproduction, wavy glass and in both instances, they were polite and accommodating. Other companies I called either did not carry the glass that mimics the wavy glass in my older home or they wanted me to pay for the whole pane, not just the part they used in my window. Bobbitt charges only for the glass used and the price difference was considerable. They even sent someone out for emergency replacement of a very high two-story bedroom window when I was expecting a houseful of little girls for a birthday slumber party.

poor customer service, bad attitude

When you walk into this dusty, cluttered place place you get a bad vibe from the signs disclaiming liability, refusing to take credit cards for less than certain amounts, etc. Collectively, they say: "we have a bad attitude." And they really do. I had a small, easy job, but they didn't listen, didn't do it right, didn't try to correct it, and never provided a finished product. The people working there were rude and abrasive. This is some of the worst service and treatment as a customer I have experienced in Houston. I am just glad I didn't use this business for a big job. When I do have one, I will definitely go elsewhere!
