Great Company. We've used M&M Roofing in the past and have always been very satisfied. We have referred them to family members who used them as well and had a great outcome. It is always a pleasure doing business with Rick Shelton (our contact for M&M). We will definitely continue our business and referring.

RUDE REPRESENTATIVE. The work was acceptable but I had to deal with a VERY RUDE representative. This man was not patient with me and did not hesitate to show me his frustration. In one phone call, after I asked him some questions about the contract he said in a sarcastic way "well, your whole house needs repairs!" I told him that that was not very nice to say and he admitted it, but then he continued to answer my questions with a very rude tone and laughing all the time. I asked him not to laugh and to respect me, he then started raising his voice. I was calm the whole time (I am a teacher and I have experience staying calm and wise even if someone is acting crazy in front of me). I told him then "you are now raising your voice, please don't raise your voice" (I was very calm the whole time, using my usual "teacher voice"). He replied saying "oh, I am having a bad day" and he hung up the phone. I called the main office to ask for another person to be in charge of my project (which was half way done) and I explained the problem. The owner called me several hours later and apologized for him and said that this man was having some medical problems and that's why he was having a bad day. I am a customer. There is no excuse to treat a customer the way I was treated. If this man has medical problems, or needs some anger management classes, he should not be working with customers. He obviously does not like dealing with customers and has no patience. They did not assign anybody else after this incident. I told them I did not want to see him again. The workers finished the work without anybody supervising them. I wished I had hired workers directly (I would've saved about $2000), but I wanted to have someone in charge and a company to back up the work. In the end, the whole project ended up as if I had hired the workers directly (I was the one checking on them) but I had to pay the expensive price. I thought I was going to get a discount (since I ended up doing the representative's work) but no discount was offered. Oh! I just remembered, the contract said they were going to clean with a "magnetic sweep" which I believe was never done, there were nails, pieces of wood and one vent (that had been removed), all around my house. If I ignore the "magnetic sweep" I can say that the workers did an excellent job SO you don't reallly need M&M, you can hire the workers directly and you can save a LOT of money. Trust me, don't call M&M, call the workers directly, it's the same type of work. If you are wondering how to hire them directly, you can find those type of workers anywhere (you may see their phone numbers on their trucks, you may see them shopping at home depot, you may find their info at those local Hispanic newspapers, you may ask around, etc). These Hispanic men are very hard working and very polite. If the stars were only for them I would give them 5, but the stars are for the company so I guess I can only give one because no customer should be treated the way I was treated.

Many thanks. Great job.. Nathan with M&M went to great lengths to design a roof system that served our needs and our energy efficiency desires. This is saying a lot because our roof is one of the funkiest darned roofs in Houston. It's all kinds of cut up with dormers and multiple roof peaks. Nathan put in countless hours researching and talking to manufacturers to find just the right products and installation techniques. Very appreciative of all his hard work.

Excellent Service, Excellent Work. M & M Roofing, Siding & Windows replaced the siding on our home in Pasadena. Mike McCollom was the M & M representative that took care of our project. The crew was quick and courteous and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend M & M Roofing, Siding & Windows to my friends and family.

Totally Recommend!!!. My husband and I bought our first home in July, 2010. We purchased the home because of the ambiance of the Heights, and the charm of the older homes uniqueness (huge plus in my husbands book). We also accepted the fact that buying an older home would come with its challenges of refurbishing and some construction.

After having an inspection done (not pretty to say the least), we contacted M&M Roofing and Siding to look into the cost of new insulation and ventilation. CAN I SAY FREE ESTIMATE?!! Bernard came early and only took a short time to inspect things. He suggested a radiant barrier and stating it would pay for itself, but was not necessary by any means. We received the estimate within 24-hours, and much to my surprise, insulation, ventilation and radiant barrier were very reasonable. We had all three projects done within the first two weeks of ownership (August 4th). Nathans team completed the work, and did so with professionalism and attention to detail. He answered all my questions about their procedure, and even walked around our home to answer questions about possible future projects.

We were so impressed with the work Nathan and M&M did, that three weeks later we had them replace rotten wood on the side of the house, and demolish the planter’s box that was attached to the house… and apparently housing critters. The end result was wonderful (August 30th)! We gained some extra drive-way space. We have had so many compliments on M&Ms work, that our neighbors have become involved in design suggestions.

When Nathan was done with the planters box, he again took the time to walk around the house and answer my inquiries if M&M only did roofing and siding. Much to my delight, M&M does much more. Within three weeks, Nathan had helped me construct a new composite for our front porch. He was back out and taking down the rusted front porch posts that were not supporting anything, and installing the new ones. My original concept was not conducive to the existing design of the house, but we got things figured out, and the new posts look amazing. A huge selling point, the posts are maintenance-free and rot resistant. Our neighbors again were blown away with the workmanship Nathan did on the posts, and came over and raved to him directly (September 14th).

We took a break from having work done to the house, but a few weeks ago I contacted Nathan and inquired about a roof. He came out and gave us a quote on the spot. Nathan informed us that M&M had financing, which made things much easier. We ended up deciding on a roof with a LIFETIME WARRANTY that is also transferrable. We were approved on Tuesday and the roof was completed the next day (March 16th). They have a large magnet that they use to help pick-up the roofing nails; I only found one on the front porch that slid under the siding.

In addition to the work done on our home, my parents had Nathan come out and install all new windows and a radiant barrier. Their electric bill is half of what it was this same time last year, and their gas bill has also been reduced significantly.

I cannot say enough good things about M&M (Nathan). The work is impeccable, the pricing is reasonable/competitive, and the service is professional. I will continue to use them for ALL my future projects. They can consider me a life-long customer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for phenomenal work needed on their home.

QUALITY WORK done by QUALITY PEOPLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...honest, excellent workmanship, and truly nice people!!

Over the years, M & M Roofing has installed 2 roofs for me and most recently replaced my windows, resided my house, painted and installed radiant barrier in the attic. The most recent job involved 4 types of crews and every single person that showed up at my house was outstanding. The crews were very knowledgeable and truly nice people. Thank you David...you and your crews have again done an outstanding job!

Provided WOW! service. I was amazed when the owner of M&M Roofing, siding, and windows made the hour plus drive out to Pathway To Recovery in La Marque (near Dickenson and Galveston) to give a replacement roof quote on one of our buildings that we desperately needed. His company provided quick, professional, top quality work. They did this without disrupting the routine of the business- no easy task. Thank you M&M!!!!

Super Work!. M & M Roofing installed our siding, windows and painting and it's all beautiful! Couldn't be happier! The Supervisor Rick Shelton, was on top of the job the entire way and the crew cleaned up after it was completed. We got quality work and a great guarantee. We would recommend them to anyone!

Honest, reliable, helpful. M & M Roofing did our roof and it was a great experience. Great crew, cleaned up, our salesman Doug Moncure (and owner of the company) was honest, helpful and a great communicator. Highly recommend in Missouri City. Thinking about using them for double paned windows soon.

Best contratctor worked with. M&M Roofing handled our roof and was a very professional in the handling of every aspect of the job. They were quick and efficient on the job and our roof has yet to have any problems, and they did our roof over 6 years ago. They also did our windows and they look great still.
