Been coming here for years.
This is one of my favorite taquerias. I love the variety of food they have and all of their plates are really cheap for the amount of food you get. The food always tastes fresh and hot. I love their enchiladas. The only complaint I have is that they have terrible chips, but I can deal with that for the great food.
Also, make sure to go to the panaderia next door. They have tons of different sweet breads.

great place on park place. I have been going there for a few yrs now. I especially enjoy how they have the panaderia connected to it. I really enjoy their gorditas.

greatest taqueria around!. This taqueria has been around forever! I've been going to it for about 23 years! I always order a Torta of Milanesa (it's like a thin slice of chicken fried steak) and a fajita quesadilla on corn tortilla. I only eat half of each so I have lunch for the next day! The service is always fast. It does get packed on the weekends so I usually go on weekdays. Another thing, if you and your party are going to pay seperate, make sure you tell your waiter/waitress. I went with a friend one time and we were paying seperatly and I told the cashier this. Since I don't work there I didn't know "the rules" and the cashier gave me an ugly look and said I was supposed to let my waitress know. I had done this before but I'd never gotten griped at for it. All she had to do was pick up a calculator. Apart from that one incident everything is always great! I even got them to cater at my wedding!

Best Mexican at the Cheapest price!. You can not get any better than this. This is my favorite Mexican place and it is also the cheapest in price. They also have the best salsa served hot not cold like tex-mex resturants.

Breakfast Lunch or Dinner.
Try the breakfast plates. Huevos Racheros with salsa verde. Grrrrreat!!!!!! breakfast Tacos are terrific for on the Go! This Resturant has the true Mexican Recipe DOWN pat.
You may have wait on the weekends due the Menudo. It's only made on the weekends. But it may have changed, resturant has new colorful menus. So Check it Out!!!! Yes the Tortas Are Best in Houston.

A true taste!. I enjoy going there every weekend and having the great tasting tortas. It is usually packed on weekends but the wait is worth it. So go by and try them.

A true taste of Texas!!. Whether it's an after club snack or a casual dinner, this is the place to be! Their tacos can't be beat and their torta's can't be beat!! Breakfast is great too!! Don't forget to finish the meal with a trip next door to the bakery! No meal is complete until you get some pan dulce!!!
