I didn't purchase my car here, but my wife's dodget gets serviced here since 30000 miles. The service staff was pretty approachable when you have questions about your vehicle. My experiences of getting my car serviced here have always been superb. Sometimes the staff does try to sell me some extra services, but I know they are just part of his job. The service recovery was also excellent. One time it took me 4 hours to wait for my car done on a busy day, and the manager waived all of my charges for waiting so long. I definitely recommend people bring in their cars here for service .

Great first visit. This is the first time we visit this dealership, and we were really looking forward to get a new car. After visiting several dealerships while looking for a car, I stopped at Allen Samuels and was very impressed by the service I received.There was no hassle or pressure. I highly recommend them to any one!!

Dealers easy to work with. Nice to come into a dealership with such passion for their job. THey are not there simply looking to make a quick buck from your misinformation. Great place!!
