The Best Thing Ever. I stayed at Four Seasons Hotel during a dental vacation -- it was the best thing ever! Impeccable service. Great spa! Very comfortable. If I had to do it all over again, I would.

Nice Property - but outdated.. The Staff is friendly, but the hotel definitley needs to be updated. It has the feel of a four seasons, but the hotel is out of touch with current trends.

Time has forgotten the interior decor. The concierge was friendly, and the brunch was great! But the rooms are old and musty. They were close to the Toyota Center, we could walk to the ball game, but far from any of the cool downtown bars.

I didn't have to get soaked with rain going to my office in the Houston Center!

Nice Hotel. Luxurious Hotel with an attentive staff. The exterior decor is not stunning, but the hotel staff, luxurious rooms, and interior more than make up for it. Convenient location to downtown events...

Its a little outdated for me.. I have stayed at plenty of other Four Seasons Properties and I think the Brand has forgotten about their Downtown hotel here in Houston for the last twenty years! The decor is out of style.

But I must say the Concierge service was Wonderful!!! They helped my friends and I celebrate a bachlorette party downtown in STYLE!
