Even the fortune cookie was gross. My boyfriend and I were craving great chinese...unfortunately, that's not what we found. We ordered veggie lo mein, steamed rice, sweet and sour pork, and fried rice. All of the above (even the packaged fortune cookies!) were sup par at best. I mean, so bad that we didn't even keep our leftovers! As a vegetarian, I've had plenty of great lo mein, but this version was greasy and tasted "old." I didn't try his sweet and sour pork, but I'm guessing it was just as bad. The fried rice was burnt. The cookies so stale you couldn't even break them open (and I love a great fortune cookie!). I would not send a friend (or anyone else) to this restaurant. We eat out often at many great places, but this one won't be added to our list of favorites.

Excellent food & they deliver in the Heights!. A nice, nearby mom and pop place to go...but more important...they deliver in the Heights!

Very good Orange Beef, and Hunan Chicken...

Great Neighborhood Restaurant. This is a great example of a great neighborhood type of restaurant. They remember you by name if you've been there before. The food is pretty and as authentic as any other Asian restaurant here in Houston. Unless you plan on taking off to Beijing, this is close. The prices are reasonable. Stay away from the pork dumplings, they taste like they've come straight out of the package from Hong Kong Market and steamed.
