Space City Movers were amazing! They were friendly and efficient. They listened to our concerns and handled everything with ease. They moved our entire space into a new one within 3 hours! I will definitely be using them again. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend these movers to everyone!

Be Careful. A while back I used 3 Men Movers and thought they did an o.k. job. Several months after the move, I still couldn't find a moving box with my air compressor in it. I remember putting it in a box covered with something on top of it so it wouldn't be noticed by the movers (I'm always trying to be cautious). I finally snapped to it and I remembered asking the movers after they completed my say day move to my new house if that one box in the far back of the truck was mine, because it sure looked like mine. They replied "No, that's ours". So, I let it go. I realize now, Yeah, right! That was the box with my air compressor in it. I have to question how they knew it was in there. At what point did they go through all of my boxes looking for things they wanted? I learned the hard way that numbering each box is a good idea.

Honest Review. I picked this company based on the BBB ratings and other customers reviews, so I feel its important to give you a real idea of what you are getting into. 3 men movers are very expensive, I paid a $137 trip charge and a $99 an hour fee to move me from a two bedroom apartment in Kingwood to a single family home close to 290 & 1960. I felt that paying the higher price to go with a good company that would take care of my things and do a very quick job was worth the money. They were not quick, I actually feel taken advantage of in that the move took 5 hours when all they had to do was get my furniture and boxes in and out of the truck (my husband had all the boxes outside and stacked neatly for them before they arrived) They worked very slow...sometimes only carrying one box at a time. Nothing inside the boxes broke, but they could have been 35% more efficient without even breaking a sweat. When one or both of us weren't watching them they found opportunities to stop working and just stand around. We aren't slave drivers...we had sodas and water for them....we were helpful and friendly, they were just milking us for the hourly rate!

So for all the slow and careful moving you would expect that I would have no damage, but infact I have so much damage I have cried on several occasions. They shrink wrapped all of my furniture that had drawers so I didn't notice the damage right away when thay unloaded the truck. They neglected to use moving blankets on 30-40% of my furniture, leaving all of those peices with everything from microscratches to busted corners! Evertime I noticed a peice being loaded or handled without a blanket I would ask them to wrap it but unfortunatly I didn't catch everything. I feel very strongly that I shouldn't have had to ask because this is supposed to be a proffesional moving company! They carried my white sofa through a doorway with no protection at all. My Sofa had black dirt from one end to the other and when I pointed this out at the end of the move to the crew leader he tried to convince me (in extremely poor english) to send him the cleaning bill directly so that the company would not dock his personal wages. He made me feel very bad about the fact that he deperatly needed the money. I felt guilty and decided to let it go and clean it myself, but the guilt faded as over the next few days I unwrapped my furniture to the horror of finding 1/3 of it damaged! Don't pay these kind of rates to a company that does a half-#@% job. Since my move I've looked a little more closely at the internet ratings and noticed that many of them are authored by the same people over and over. They have good ratings because they are rating themselves!

Better than expected. I have never used a moving company before, and wasn't sure what to expect. But the crew who showed up (10 minutes early) led by Edwardo Cruz, put ALL my fears to rest. Mr. Cruz did a quick walk-through of the house and asked a couple of questions before he gave his instructions to the other crew members (all before "logging in" their start time). They were quick and VERY professional in their work. All the furniture was wrapped either in blankets or plastic wrap. We were moving to Livingston (a 1-1/2 hour drive) and they arrived at the new house promptly and unloaded very quickly. All I had to do was stand at the door and direct them to which room to put the furniture in, and where I wanted it placed. I had no damage at all, to any of my furniture, or any of the boxed materials. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family.

3 Men Movers is Awesome. After living in our home for 20 years we trusted our move to 3 Men Movers….It was the easiest part of moving.

We hired the 3-women packing team to pack our 3100 sq ft home. Amazingly, they finished by lunch.

They confirmed the appointment for 7:00AM, in advanced, and arrived early!

They charged an hourly fee, but the client gets to “start the clock”----- they unloaded the packing materials, got organized, toured the home, discussed our special needs before “starting the clock.”

The team of 3 women carefully and quickly packed the entire home. Besides being careful, they asked appropriate questions about how to label boxes, how we wanted clothes packed (folded or hung); they used some of our left-over packing materials. They were very precise in charging us for the amount of packing material. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE ALL THE PACKING DONE QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY!!!

The Moving Team were equally quick and efficient. They worked very quickly through the July heat. I was very impressed about the care they took with all of our possessions. They examined all the furniture for nicks and scratches --- pointing out imperfections prior to the move. They wrapped wood furniture in blankets, then used shrink wrap. They protected the floors while moving out the furniture, too. What I liked best is that they covered the painted banisters (in both homes) and other surfaces to avoid scratching them when moving in/out the furniture. They even maneuvered a huge refrigerator in/out BETTER than the original delivery people. They also had to disassemble and reassemble some large pieces of furniture (office furniture, bunk beds, book shelves, entertainment center) --- None of the hardware was lost and ALL the pieces were reassembled perfectly!

Both the PACKING team and the MOVING team were thoughtful, efficient and professional. The overall cost was also extremely reasonable -- well worth the money! Moving is hard enough, make it easy for yourself by using 3 Men Movers!!!

Best move we've ever made. Hands down the best moving experience we've ever had, and we've had a lot! Very attentive and friendly staff to answer questions and set schedules.

Packers were right on time, got the job done in about half the time expected, and even saved us money on packing materials by using stuff we already had. Everything was packed perfectly - not a single item was damaged, and we have lots of breakables.

Movers were right on time as well, and moved us in record time. Again, no damages to anything! And every box and piece of furniture was put exactly where it was labeled to go. They started at 8, and by 5pm all our belongings (enough to fill a 4000sq ft house) were IN our new home that's an hour drive away.

Our only regret was not having them unpack for us too!

Best Movers in Houston. Moved us in record time saving us time and money.

Arrived on time and worked very hard, on one of the Hottest days of the year. Asked them to take a break and they said were fine thanks and just kept on working.

3 men movers is the best!. My family has used 3 men movers for the past 15 years. Their packers and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 4 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 4 hours with 4 packers. Their moving crews and also top notch. The mover was running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that he was stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend 3 men movers!

Best Movers in Houston. I have moved several times in Houston and I must say this is the BEST moving company I have ever used. They were on time, worked fast and were excellent movers. We moved the Monday after Hurricane Ike and had no electricity. They loaded up everything and moved it to the new place. They were polite, courteous, and worked very fast. I would highly recommend 3 Men Movers. They are the best.

Jose's crew was awesome!. We had to reschedule our move at the last minute due to the hurricane, and the movers still called the day they were originally suppose to move us saying they were on their way over. So, there was apparently a miscommunication about that issue which left us a little worried about if anyone would show up for the rescheduled date. But , we had an outstanding team that showed up right on time to move us. There team leader was Jose Gomez, who has been working with 3 men movers for 10 years. He was so professional and his team did a wonderful job of providing quick but careful service to us. They wrapped everything so well that there was no damage to the furniture or the new house. And, all three movers would drop one item and literally run down the stairs to grab the next thing during the whole process.

We definitely felt fortunate to have Jose working with us especially after seeing mixed reviews about the company. I would recommend Jose and his guys to anyone that I know. Ask for his crew for sure if you go with this moving company. They made this the easiest move ever!
