World class agent!!. I worked with Shana Williams and she done everything in her power( she also used her super powers) to make things Happen for us. She worked very hard and made us feel like family. I would recommend this company to every one I know in the market for a home. (we have alot of them) Great job Shana!!

Rude and Unprofessional. My experience with Bill Baldwin's office at Karen Derr's realty has been frustrating and stressful. He has missed appointments and has shown little consideration for me. His pushy attitude has been very unpleasant to work with.

A great agency!. I have used Karen Derr Realty twice and have found them to be the very best. Their targeted advertising is great & their website is one of the best, they were also the first Houston agency on the internet in Houston. My agent did an open house every weekend that lead to a very quick & profitable sale. They answer their phones day & night and have great radio ads. They also offer Podcasting and video neighborhood reviews.

Second Rate Real Estate Company...... Their slogan is "Your Gonna Love Us" that's fine if you like the following:

a)your agent that doesn't even answer their phone

b) marketing of your home promised when in reality it's dime -sized ads in insignificant local magazines.

c)untrained agents

d)rude staff
