I love Ventura's Bridal! I went to high school down the street and use to past there everyday! But when my day to actually go in and see the bridal selection came....I couldnt have been any happier! There was no pressure to purchase and they were very patient with me and my picky taste! When I actually found the two....Pattie really helped me make my final decision. She and the staff was very professional even during the hectic Saturdays! Thanks again

Overall a great place. Tons of dresses to choose from and they will match the price you found somewhere else if it was cheaper there. Unfortunately the girl I had helping me (Brittany) measured me incorrectly and my dress was gigantic when it came in. $400in alterations later, it looked beautiful again. I was really impressed that the alterations lady was able to fix that disaster. I liked this place much better than weddings by debbie or any of the other bridal shops we went to ( we went to almost every one in the houston/ spring area). I would recommend going here- they aren't pushy at all.

I loved this bridal shop! They had a huge selection and all of the woman working there were very friendly and helpful. I found my dress within the first hour and I could have found a more amazing one!

We went to Ventura's Bridal because it was recommended by a friend. We were a little skeptical when we drove up ... it is not much to look at from the outside... but then we went in and met Genie and had a great, fun, informative time looking through the hundreds and hundreds of dresses they had to choose from. Then we left to go to places that look better from the outside and quickly discovered that they all had smaller selections, higher prices, and stuffy, cranky, inexperienced staff. So, we went back to Genie and had a great time finding the perfect wedding dress and also the bridesmaids dresses. We were totally relaxed with Genie because she has been doing this for years so she knows what she is doing and is a nice, friendly, fun person. She made the whole experience that is usually very stressful, a fun, meaninful, and stress free experience. I highly recommend Genie at Ventura's Bridal for any bride.

The first time I went in it was with my now husband and mother. They helped me to find 3 dresses I wanted my bridesmaids to try on and wrote them down to pull forward the day that they were going to come and try on the dresses. I was able to get my girls dresses for a reasonable price and they are just basic chocolate brown. They were made very well and only the normal alterations had to be made. Length and in at the bust some (you know how those dresses almost never fit perfectly when they come in)

This is a GREAT place to buy a wedding dress! The workers are very kind and excited to have you there. I had to get my wedding dress in 4 weeks and they totally made it happen. Also, my alterations had to be done in 4 weeks and they did that too! Definitely a gem in the sea of horrible dress shops.

As a bridesmaid who lives out of town,
I had to call in the measurements and order my dress over the phone.
What should have been a 5 minutes process, turned in to 25 minutes. Not only did the lady REPEATEDLY put me on hold, but she was EXTREMELY rude during the frequent, brief interactions. I
am not going to tell my bride the hell I got, but as a warning to other brides-to-be, don't put your bridesmaids through this.
(Another bridesmaid from the same party went in store the day before and got the same poor customer service. )

They have many beautiful gowns with lots of choices which I loved. The prices of their gowns are very reasonable. First initial appointment went great and after trying on 20 other gowns at other salons I found the perfect one here at Ventura's! Overall I was happy with the service but more than happy with my gown and the choices and prices offered.
