I saw some bad reviews about this veterinary office before, but I still took a chance and I thought that the vets were very nice and caring. The vet recommended a new food for my dog's bad hips/knees and it's worked very well. Also, they cleaned her teeth and removed some moles. Not only did they remove the moles that I requested, but they removed the moles all over her body saved a big scary one for biopsy later. The price was very reasonable. I will be going back. This clinic is a high turn-over business and they're always, always busy, so I think you have to take that into consideration when you go...
Pros: service/vets and price
Cons: busy

When we took our 15 yr old beloved family dog to this clinic as a "walk in" to have her put down, the staff was very respectful (they gave us a private room for our family to grieve and say our goodbyes) and very compassionate to the situation. The vet expressed his sorrow and understanding and the vet tech stayed with us (and brought us tissues). The front desk staff brought the paperwork to us (instead of making us do everything at the counter). They were top notch and considering the circumstance, it was a good experience. These people seem to really care about the animals and owners. BTW - our regular vet could not "see us" until tomorrow. When your dog hasn't eaten in 3 days and is so weak, the last thing you want to hear is we can't "see you" until tomorrow. Heights Vet Clinic will be our new vet when we get another dog!
