Extra Fees/Incompetent Management. I signed a lease to move in and after I signed the management sent me an email adding extra charges that weren't on the lease. I rescinded the same day via phone and email and asked them not to run a credit check or cash my check. I suggested that I come in to pick up my check but they were about to leave and asked that I come back Monday. I canceled my check and they ran a credit check anyway, then they sent the amount plus $65 to a collection agency. So be prepared to pay more than you expect and deal with an incompetent and misleading management staff.
