Now they serve warrants here too?. I used to love coming here in the past, during the busy holiday seasons just for their variety and selection of costumes, but i found Frankels this year and realized i made a mistake buying and renting anything from here,prices are very high, quality is not, employees here are rude little high school kids that know nothing about customer service, and one particular older redheaded woman with glasses in the costume rental department even went as far as leaving a voicemail threatening to put a WARRANT? out for my arrest for not returning an old worn out corset that they charged 60.00 out of my account for, and even after returning it, I still got a smart, rude comment saying i was lucky i didnt get charged $400? I understand i was wrong for turning it in late but for me to get threatened to be put in jail is completely unnecessary and illegal. Nothing in the contract that says anything about a warrant. This woman was unbearably arrogant and rude, and even after I was being civil ,she still talked to me like I was an ugly step child, not my fault you hate your job lady. But, if you want a good deal, and decent customer service, try Arnes down the street, or Frankel's. Unless you want to get "a warrant out" for your arrest.....

great place. We went around Halloween of 09. This place had a costume section up stairs with all kinds of what looked to be hand tailored outfits. They had some expensive stuff, like if you were really trying to fool someone at a Renaissance festival or haunted house. They had a huge selection of kids outfits too, you know the cheap plastic stuff. They had what looked to be a nice haunted house in the back, making it a one stop.

I would have given them a 5 stars if they didn't have a no kid policy in the real costume area.

Everything I need in one place. I went to Party Boy for the first time and was so impressed with everything that they had. It was so nice to go to a store that had matching cups, glasses, napkins, etc. for my party. I had shopped at a couple other stores that only carried a few things in the pattern I wanted, so it was nice to have it all in the same place. Plus, the staff was super helpful.

Stinky Store Policies. I came here to buy party decorations. I purchased a table cover and sign. I drove accross the street to Arnie's and purchased the same two items for a fraction of the price.

sign- Party Boy - $.99 vs. Arnie's $.59

table cover- Party Boy - $6.99 vs. Arnie's $2.65

When I tried to get my money back from Party Boy (1 hour later with my receipt), they replied that they do not accept items that were sold from a larger package (the sign) and they would only give me store credit for the table cover. I even spoke with a manager and they wouldn't budge. Ridiculous!

Greatest Party Store!!!. This place was really great they have a large selection of things for baby showers, weddings, and much more omg this place is soooooo fun i had a great time there the staff is very friendly and helpful! Then the best part is their COSTUME RENTEL the ladies where very friendly, helpful, and they have any and every costume you can think of!!! Please go you'll have lots of fun!! You will find EVERYTHING you need!!!

Excellent Service. Great selection and great service, especially the guy. He really made my costume out of several different ones, really great.....
