One of the most professional co's I have dealt with. The estimate was free. My electric bill was very high & the comfort of my home was so bad friends would not come visit. I was so pleased with the results of the attic-I called back to reinsulate my walls! I have a newer home that had some fiberglass that was not working-Payless Insulation came in & blew right over it, installed Ultratouch cotton batts on the vertical walls built out into the attic crawl spaces on my 2nd floor. I didn't ask for it, but I got some of the same nice cotton on my attic stairs. I paid a little extra & had some cotton batts line the perimeter if my attic stairs-no more loose material coming in everytime someone goes up there! I splurged & also got an attic "tent" to totally seal off my attic stairs because I could always feel the heat unde it. My bill was cut drastically & now my friends & family visit often. The thermal benefit of the walls is outstanding-and who knew this stuff would be acoustical? It is so quiet now-no traffic noises! The same soft cardboard paper insulation is in my walls too-guaranteed not to settle in the attic or the walls. My next investment will be with this company's R8 cotton Superior Air Ducts-I am truly impressed with the results of both my electric bill & comfort. It is time for me to get new ducts soon & I will be using Payless Insulation again to replace old ducts with these new cotton ones that have a 10 year warranty-no one else offers this, I checked. Several family members & friends have already used them & have benefitted as I did. They cleaned up after they were done & you would have never known they had been there-very meticulous. My attic looks great too.
Pros: Two thumbs WAY UP!!!!! My bill went down, my house is cool & doing the walls made it so quiet.
Cons: Fast response, great service & excellent results considering electricity went up 30% in the last year.
