Awful. They didn't deliver flowers on the day i requested on two occasions. Ruined two days. they called to confirm the order in the morning and still didn't deliver. terrible.

BY FAR THE BEST. The folks at In Bloom are a perfect example of how businesses should treat their customers. Let me give you the scenario:

It's Valentines Day. High Noon. 1800F***ERS says they cannot do same day service in the 3rd largest city in the U.S. I get on here, and find In Bloom. I see one good review and one bad... I'm thinking, "if these guys can get it there today, they are my heroes." I call, they can do it. I give them my credit card number. They call me back an hour later and say it's incorrect info. I give them the info again. Card declined. I tell them I'm going to show up with cash. They deliver the flowers anyway, on my word. Of course the day is hectic and I fail to make it, and a week later I get a call (obviously I forgot). How many businesses would do that, especially a FLORIST on VALENTINES DAY??!?!?!? Exactly. OH, and I saw the arrangement. BEAUTIFUL. I'd also like to mention that I NEVER write feedback or comments or anything unless it's absolutely required of me. My conscience couldn't let this slide. THANKS, In Bloom!!!!!!

No-frills was an accurate description. Order what I thought would be a flamboyant boquet of flowers for my wife's b-day, and got a twitty little, bland bowl of smelly botanicals.

Try them, I did.... It's always hard to know if you get your money's worth when you send flowers. I sent an order to our office (for the lobby) to try them out and I wasn't dissappointed. As a matter of fact, I didn't tell anyone at the office that this was a new florist, but I received NUMEROUS compliments on the arrangement. It was beautiful and perfect for an office (I had asked only for an office arragement, and let them work their magic), but at the same time exotic and different enough to be noticed. I think we found a new florist.
