PARKING IS HORRIBLE. My car was towed
from the gravel lot on the side and it cost me $218.00 to get it back. Went there with my daughter and went to the other stores in the strip center, came out and my car was towed from the side lot. A real need at this location is signage to tell patrons what area of the sorry gravel lot on the side is safe to park in. It would not surprise me if SOMEONE was getting a spiff from the towing and storage lot. I WILL not go back. Resale shops are everywhere. Try another.

Beware when shopping at this location.
YOU WILL GET YOUR CAR TOWED. Parking is limited in front and there is no clear designation as to which area of the parking lot is safe to park in. My car was towed even after one of the clerks informed me that it WAS safe to park there. Spent $28.17 had my car towed $218.00. Total cost of the experience $246.17. Don't bother. I frequent resale shops often and have always been able to drive away afterwards.

YOU'LL GET YOUR CAR TOWED AT THIS PLACE !!.
A friend of mine suggested this place so we went. I drove around the block 3 times trying to find a parking space. Finally, decided to park directly in front of the store across the street. I saw a No Parking Sign but it was directly to the right of the entrance. There was not a sign on the left side all the way to the end so we parked. Went into the store. Expecting to get a deal. We were there not more than 5 minutes when someone shouted something about her car. We went to the door and noticed my car was "missing". Nope not missing but TOWED AWAY ! The guy at the front door that was trying to be a D.J said "They do it all the time". He sat there and watched them tow 6 vehicles at once and didn't say anything. If this store knew that this was being done they should have at least put a sign in their window to notify their customers. They could care less to the fact that all those customers were willing to spend money in their shop but now spending $218.00 to get their vehicle out of storage. I believe the store is in on this deal with the wrecker company and they don't want to stop a good deal in their pockets. I absolutely hope you DON'T shop at this store. Please pass this information to all your friends. Don't Shop here !!!!!! The No Parking sign in the aisle that I parked was not on the parking stick. Completely gone....

They curate the clothes so you don't
have to. Although its slightly pricier than others, the selection is worth it.

AMAZING!.
I have found marni, Betsey Johnson, Cynthia Steffe, etc for $20 each. You have to dig and you have to go frequently, because you just never know what you will get. But it is usually an amazing place and you will not be disappointed!

Horrible Customer Service.
I went in today to sell some items. I had a ton of brand name and brand new clothes that I can no longer wear since I have lost weight. I called ahead to see what they accepted. The "Buyer" acted like I was bothering her and she barely even looked at my stuff. I won't be going back here. Too bad the news gives you good reviews. Buffalo Exchange's Customer Service and Buyers suck!

Customer Service SUCKS! DON'T SELL YOUR STUFF HERE!.
BF was the second store I went to on Westheimer to unload some items I no longer had use for. The 1st store was great I made good profit. I then went into Buffalo Exchange to try and get rid of what the other store passed on. First off, the customer service was poor. The staff spent more time conversing with one another rather than doing their job.
If you decide to sell here, they will definitely try to "stiff" you. I didn't debate prices bc honestly the clothes were going to get donated to Goodwill anyway. But I will never go back their in the future and I would suggest that no one else waste their time at that establishment.

An Exchange of Clothes.
Recently I've lost a few clothes sizes due to jogging and so my clothes are looking like garbage bags on me. A friend recommended Buffalo Exchange to save money instead of buying a brand new set of clothes. Buffalo Exchange buys lightly used clothes and resells them. The store is a medium size brightly decorated more trendy version of the salvation army. There were plenty of racks of women clothes and just a couple of mens. The women's selection looked trendy enough but the men's side was a bit lacking. Most the clothes I saw there were from the 90s. While that look may be back, for me I'm glad that's in my past.

Lots of junk, worth the gems.
Buffalo Exchange is a great place to come when you're in need of some retail therapy. You'll have to sort through a lot of junk (think Hollister, Forever 21, American Eagle) but there are always a few hidden gems (Marc Jacobs, BCBG, Michael Kors, Burberry). The best part? Even if you shouldn't have been shopping, the prices are so low that you won't feel any buyer's remorse.
Even if you can't find what you're looking for, you're already on Westheimer -- just run across the street to another thrift store. But definitely stop here first, the earlier the better!
