Quick but Chinatown is Better. Quick food but not the best Chinese food in town.

Awesome food and price. I've been there several times. The food has been fresh tasty and quick. Its cheap but not super cheap. The dinning area is clean. Oh and its open late. All three times I had the dish with honey wallnuts and tofu. I recomend!

ok food. There are so many better places to eat Chinese food that I wouldn't waste my time here. The food was average at best and the guy at the counter wasn't very friendly. They could expand on their combination meals.

Good for students.. General Joe's is a staple in the HSPVA student's diet. Proximity and price are two things that the student enjoy. My friends and I walk there a lot to get dinner before a symphony concert. Although the food isn't as good as other chinese food I've had, it is still the best restaurant that fits within my price range that I can get to easily from school.
