WORST DAY EVER FOR THE FJ!!! Atlas Auto Glass at 716 Fairview in Houston is the WORST business I have ever dealt with in my life! It started out good and then when I went to pick my car up it had more damage then I came in with!!! I ONLY HAD THE WINDSHIELD REPLACED!!! Once I arrived to pick my car up I started to walk around my FJ Cruiser to examine the job before I paid for the work. I found the front two panels loose, clips broken, and parts missing from under them. There was paint damage all around the panels, at the bottom, sides, and top of the windshield. I think they had to have used a screwdriver to do ALL of this work. There was a missing windshield wiper cover and a damaged antenna cover! I could not believe what they had done to my vehicle. Also, the molding was the original old molding that they cut off and just stuck back on to where it was flapping and loose. The man that I dealt with, Bobby I believe his name was, continued to argue with me after I merely brought up the damages to him, saying “you brought it in like this, it was an old FJ model, and hadn’t we ever had a windshield replaced before?!” And he did this all with a lovely smurk on his face!!! I repeatedly told him to take it out and I would have AAA come and get the car, he could have is windshield. Atlas Auto Glass caused me so much damage to my car, it is costing me more than in the beginning of all this! I told him AAA was coming to get the car within 30 minutes with or without the windshield, so get it out or not, I’m not paying for this HORRIBLE job! Don’t ever use Atlas Auto Glass at 716 Fairview or you will be scarred for life! Anyone that runs a business like this should not be running a business or even be in business! ATLAS AUTO GLASS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN THE REPLACING WINDSHIELD DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!

Our teenage daughter was in a fender bender. She has a used car so we weren't so concerned with making it "look like new" as we were having it safe to drive. Atlas gave us a great, low bid...half the price of another place in the area. We were prepared for it to be a patch job but the car looks great. Yes, the windshield fluid reservoir is just sealed with caulk (not replaced/brand new) The hood is just a tad out of alignment but it closes fine. The paint/body work is beautiful! The car runs great! And the price was very reasonable. They did say they would have it done in 4 days which sounds unrealistic. It actually took 7 days. Everyone was very friendly, polite, explained everything they had done. Wish I had gotten the mechanic's name because he ROCKS!

Fast, Safe, Reliable & Friendly. Atlas Auto Glass, Paint & Body, had my windshield glass in stock, at a lower rate (than another company I had called earilier in the day), didn't pressure me *and* was able to come out to my home on the same day!

I had a leak in my windshield and since my truck is 18 years old, when I called a different company, they told the glass was going to be "hard to find" and that I would need to drive to Baytown to have it replaced. That's what led my search that eventually took me to Atlas.

The gentleman who came out was very nice, exceptionally precise with his work and made me feel safe. I am a private person, and when it comes to people coming to my residence, I am careful. Safety is key.

I was really impressed with the technique and care that was put into the replacement. I can say, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Atlas takes pride in their work.

I have had this glass replaced in the past, and I have watched each time. This gentleman went above and beyond. I would recommend them to my mother!

So, my little Chevy truck is back on the road and buzzing along happily! Thank you Atlas! :)

Fast Service at a Good price. My car window was broken into and they were able to fix it the same day in less than 2 hours and at a good price.

Quick and Efficient-They even delivered my car to me. It's my second time to use Atlas and they were excellent. I created an account on here to be sure and give them a good review because I went by around 1pm for a quote and they fixed my mirror and delivered my car to me by 7pm.

Easy to work with and they do a good job. It's a good spot!

AAA. I got my wind shield replaced... it was inexpensive, fast (about 30 minutes), and the customer service was great. I can't remember the owners name, but she was so nice and professional! We chatted while they replaced my wind shield and the time flew by! Highly recommended!!!

Amazing body shop!. Great service! I was at this place for a grand total of 2 hours to get my bumper replaced. great customer service, great timing and great prices! The combination gives a great business!

GREAT body shop!. Atlas Auto Glass made me feel right at home and when my windshield had a huge crack it, I took my car there and they fixed it in the space of an hour and gave me an amazing price for it. I will recommend Atlas Auto Glass to anyone in need of a repair shop. I advise you to do the same

Atlas Auto Glass Houston. This place was by far the best body shop i've ever been to and i've been in about 4 accidents so far. The employees were extremely helpful and accommodating. The price for the repairs was great too. All in all, a very highly recommended body shop!

Highly Recommended!. I wish all businesses were like this. Fast, friendly, excellent work and very reasonable pricing. This family run business was an absolute joy to visit. The owner, her family and staff are wonderful and I was almost sad to leave when the work was finished. I hope I never NEED to have my windows replaced again but if I do, I will certainly go back to Atlas.
