One of the best.... I have used Gary at West University Travel for over 20 years and he always does an excellent job. Gary has sent me to Hawaii, the Caribbean,Europe and on many cruises and he always does an exceptional job for me. If you want someone who will go the extra mile for you, he's your man.

VERY unfriendly staff!. HORRIBLE. It took over a month of trying to contact Gary to help plan a trip then he emailed me saying that he referring the trip to his mgr because he is not convinced my friend and I are going to take the trip.

When calling to ask for the mgr, he is out of country for the entire month.

Well, NOW I'm not taking the trip because I no longer have enough time to request off at work. :(

Professional, Excellent Customer Service. I've used West University Travel for years. We travel quite extensively, and I've never had a problem with them...they've always been extremely professional, very helpful, and they genuinely care about their clients. I've used them to book Cruises, the Caribbean, Mexico, South Pacific, Asia, Europe, and our African Safari. We usually work with one particular agent, but I know that most of the agents specialize in various destinations, and if there's something that our agent isn't sure about, she'll either ask the other agents that specialize in that location for suggestions, or refer us over to the specialist. I believe most of the agents there have been in the travel business for at least 10-28 years each. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again, and I've referred many of our friends and business associates to them for their vacation travel needs.

Terrible Customer Service. Condescending. Fake manners. Self-Important. If these are the qualities you've come to expect from people then this is the place for you to organize your travel needs. I'll pass. My girlfriend and I are planning a destination wedding and we were assured prompt service with attention to our concerns and needs. We received neither. What we did get was a travel agent who was more concerned with revealing to us all the wonderful places she'd visited over the last year. With regards to our own plans, she was very happy to hear we expected more than 60 guests at our destination wedding, but ultimately dismissive when we explained our desire to keep the excursion as affordable as possible for our guests. She insisted on showing us a number of resorts that more than doubled our stated budget. Rather than tell us she could not work with our price range she continued to smile, took our information and promised to get back to us when she'd had a chance to "do some research." More than three weeks have passed.
