Best Experience with a Body Shop. I recently had a minor collision with my Mercedes that required a few thousand dollars in repairs. Tom did an excellent job in making sure that the insurance company wasn't going to use aftermarket parts for repairs and or cut corners. He also was very honest and fastidious in regards to the repairs and time it was going to take to fix my car. The car came back to me looking brand new! I let them have my car for as long as they needed it and I recommend you do the same! I recommend this shop to anyone, great service!

Bad Quility and Poor Customer Service. I first took my car to River Oaks Paint and Body five years ago,well I had to take it back two weeks ago because the paint had started to peel.So I went in for a warranty issue and after Tom told me what I needed to do they would get with the paint company and take care of it I asked for an estimate on the rear end of my car so Tom gives me an estimate for my car so I asked him how much more or less would it be if I had a insurance claim he asked how much was my deductible so I told Tom what it was.Tom told me what I need to do to get ever thing started.Decided to leave my car that Tom told me would only take 3day,well it took them 13 days. I called Tom and left him a message ane he did return my call someone else called the next business day I asked to speak with Tom but he was not there.Tom didn't leave any note of what he had promised me and when his boss called he he played like that's not what he said."PLEASE GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING" and once they called me to come in and pick up my car it looked like the had reuse the bumper that was on my car and lied to my insurance company

Only if you drive a mercedes.... They have really good reviews, and there are lots of mercedes and other nice cars in the parking lot, so I assumed they would have good service and fix minor damage on my car. WRONG. They quoted me a low price to get my car fixed, and when I showed up to pick it up, the car looked terrible. It did not look fixed at all. When I asked why it wasn't completed, they said this was the best they could do, and to REALLY fix the damage it would have cost much more, and they assumed I would have wanted the cheapest option. I never said that! I guess I am not good enough to go here since I do not drive a mercedes.

Help for parent of student. I am a long distance parent of a college student in Houston. After a small mishap, I contacted Tom at River Oaks Paint & Body. He was able to fix my son's car very quickly. He did everything he said he would do in a timely manner. The charge was reasonable and what he had estimated. Couldn't be happier. Thanks, Tom.

Bad Attitude. Had some simple repairs done. No complaints, however they drove the car and hit a nail causing a leak in the tire. Refused to take responsiblity. Clearly happened in their possession. If you like to patronize establishments that are customer oriented and completely fair when it comes to their responsiblities, I would go elsewhere.

houmd's review is a for different shop!!!. Upon reading this review and needing to get some repairs to my mercedes, I called River Oaks and found out that there is no Dennis at their location but at River Oaks Chrysler. Got the repairs done to my car and it came out perfect, This bad review needs to be corrected or removed since they have the wrong shop listed.

River Oaks Paint and Body is awesome.

BEST body shop in HOUSTON!!!!. I got in a really bad accident (not my fault) this year in my Lexus IS 300. My car had approximately $15,000 worth of damage to it, which frightened me as I would think my insurance company would have totalled it. This body shop was recommended to me by many people, so I gave it a chance and I am so thankful I did. My car now drives better than it did before my wreck and it looks brand new. I have not had any problems with it thus far. Since then, I have referred lots of other people to this place and they have had NOTHING but GOOD things to say about their service. Not to mention, the employees are very reliable and understand that getting cars back in a timely fashion is very important for customer satisfaction! River Oaks Paint & Body does the best work in town, so if you have an accident of any sort, I most highly recommend you get your work done here. Thanks again for taking care of my car and getting it back to me in better shape than it was before.

I don't know how they could even be in business!!. I don't even know where to begin. We were told our repairs would take 2-3 days and after not hearing anything from them 7 days later we decided to call..they informed us work had not yet begun on our car because they couldn't get info from our insurance. Had they called we could have provided them with the information. We then dealt with the manager who said he would get everything done since we were leaving town for good in 2 days. He said that he set everything up to be repaired then left the country and failed to mention that the work would not be completed before our departure from Houston. We have had to change our flights as well as car shipments because this 2-3 day job has now taken over 10 days!!

River Oaks Paint and Body is the worst shop I have ever been to. Their employees are lairs. Only take your car there if you don't need it for a month and enjoy being lied to repeatedly!
