Top Notch Florist. Ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's Day and again for her birthday, both times she was overwhelmed with the arrangements. My mother grows lots of flowers and has an eye for design so if she's impressed they must be special!!

Will continue to use them again.

She loved them. Okay, my wife just couldn't get over the flowers I sent her last week for her birthday. She even left them out on display for the rest of the office and clients. I will DEFINITELY use this florist again after getting such a great reaction from my wife. I was also impressed at how soon they delivered on the short notice I gave. They charge a few extra bucks for delivery for last minute emergency orders, but that understandable.

I hope they do just as well on my Valentine's order.

DO NOT USE. I do not recommend anyone use this florist. Despite having read negative reviews of this florist, I took a gamble and placed an order. Foolish me. The order was never delivered, and I was never notified there was a problem. Luckily I asked my friend if she received her delivery! The driver apparently had a wrong phone number and instead of them calling to verify with me, they simply charged my credit card and said nothing. They also selected a bouquet for more than the cost we had agreed on. They are refunding my money, but it's now too late to send flowers for "Good Luck".

There are too many good florists in Houston to use this one.

One of the best florist in Houston. My husband sent me the most beautiful rose arrangement I have ever seen. He sends me flowers a several times a year. I asked him where he found the wonderful roses. He told me that a friend had told him about the Rose Gallery Florist and to give them a try. So he called them and ordered them, he says the sales staff was so nice they helped him decide on what was just right arrangement for the occasion . When the roses arrived a my office the delivery driver was so nice he even told me how to care them. They were arranged just perfect and long stem, nothing like I have seen at other shops in Houston. The roses lasted 10 day and look as nice as the day they were delivered. So I applaud the sales staff, designers, delivery driver. Thank you for making my special day even more special.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I placed an order with this company, an extremely simple order, which was not delivered. When I placed this order, I was extremely clear with them in what I wanted, when I wanted it delivered, as well as how I wanted the card to read and the delivery address. They called me back, that same evening, at which time I was asked what the delivery address was, as well as how I wanted the card to read...at which time, I provided this information to them again. This delivery was NEVER made!!! Therefore, I called them back the following day, and was told that it would be promptly delivered. Later that afternoon, I received a call from them, stating that they would not complete this delivery, and that I would receive a credit back to my credit card. Well, after a week, as well as four phone calls, they finally did so.

Working with this florist was an absolute nightmare!!!!!!

best flower shop in town!!. Found you on citysearch, so happy with the service I had to write about it. Flowers were fresh and beautiful, Pat who took my order was extremely helpful. Myclient loved the arrangement, I would definitely recommend them in the future. Seems to do high end work.
