How can I give it zero stars? I think their business license should be revoked.
I ordered valentine roses for my wife. Order delivered on 2/14 and that was fine. But when she got them, she was not impressed. VERY small arrangement, little greenery, tiny vase, and short stem (not the long stems I ordered). Looked like it came from Kroger. My wife's words to describe - unimpressed and pathetic. How embarrassing. And not cheap!! I tried calling the flower shop several times every day from 2/14 through 2/17. They were not answering the phone and no way to leave a message. I was out of town, so I couldn't pay them a visit. Also, tried e-mailing, but that bounced. Finally answered today and I complained to the owner. She said their policy is written on the back of the card that comes with the order. There is a 24 hour guarantee on that card and that was it. No room for discussion after that. She didn't receive my complaint very well, refused to give me her name, and hung up on me.

Worst Florist Experience Ever. A relative passed away and I logged on to the funeral homes website and chose the option to order flowers through FTD. I automatically assume that FTD only holds contracts with quality florists, well I was wrong! I spent $125 on an arrangement and the flowers that showed up at the funeral home were no where near what the FTD website shows. It was quite small in comparison and I could have picked something up at a local grocery store for $25. The arrangement was very poor quality. I called to ask for a replacement and left a message, never heard back from the owner. I called the next day and the woman that answered insisted that the order was true to FTD specifications. I called FTD and sent them a picture of the arrangement and apparently the owner could not provide them with the correct specifications of the order. Thankfully FTD provided me with a full refund and very apologetic. I hope FTD will learn something from this and no longer contract out to this florist. It is a shame that businesses like this remain in business.
DESERVE ZERO STARS!. This place does not deserve a rating. They sent me the wrong flowers (not in the vase advertised, piss poor arrangement, ripped leaves, stain on the teddy bear) and I called them all morning and nobody picked up. I go up there to get a refund for my boyfriend and I get cursed out by LINDA, the owner, she calls me a dumbass, then she (I AM NOT KIDDING) PHYSICALLY ATTACKS ME! None of the delivery guys even did anything which tells me that this is a regular occurrence with that bitch. It took every bone in my body not to beat her ass on site. They made me look for my own receipt in a pile of unorganized receipts and paperwork in order for me to get my refund. I threatened to end their business, and I will...next stop Telefora and Better Business Bureau!
THE WORST FLORAL AND FLOWERS IN HOUSTON,TX!. This front, so called flower shop does not even deserve a rating! i recieved flowers from this junk place today. the lily bulbs were broken, the floweres were wilted and the arrangement was horrible.It was even close to what ws initially ordered. I called the the phone number all day, in hopes they would satisy the purchase that was sent to me for valentines. they never answered the phone. i went there after work and the lady cursed me out, callled me racist names (the N word) and told me i wasnt getting the money back and she didnt give a damn! I asked for the manager. She and some other idiot stated the manager was gone and they didnt want to be bothered. I have ever never experienced anything like i did today in my entire life. These people are racist fools. Their product is below standards. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR IF TELEFLORA ASSIGNS THEM YOUR ORDER. I AM FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THESE INGRATES! THEY MOVED FROM THE BOLSOVER ADDRESS TO AN ADDRESS ON INTERCHANGE BLVD, ZIP CODE 77054.

The advertisement says that my arrangement should have been approx 12" high x 11" wide. It barely reaches 8 inches both ways and the flowers only face the front. If it cost only $30 or so, I would not be upset, but $60 is way too much to pay for what they delivered...even with delivery charges and everything.
What really has me upset is that I tried to contact the manager and they refuse to talk to me. A lady answers and says "he is busy"...a man answers and says "she is not here". When I started to complain to the guy who answered the phone, he just said "okay...well...fine then...whatever...bye" and hung up on me! I have never been treated so rudely.
I already called Teleflora and made a complaint against that particular florist and they said that the next time to specify that you DO NOT want them to use Creations From The Heart for your order.
Horrible Quality-And they don't care. My aunt had a silk arrangement sent to me after surgery. The vase was translucent and you could see the plastic stems and pieces of styrofoam. It looked so bad that I would not have paid $.99 for it at the dollar store. I called to see if I could exchange it. and the women was extremely rude. She said (literally) "what you got is what you get" and hung up on me. I don't want to tell my aunt how bad it was so I don't know where she ordered it-FTD couldn't find an order....never again!
Ruined Mother's Day.
Do not order from FTD, Teleflora or Creations from the Fart. I can't believe FTD/Teleflora uses this low grade junk florist.
I order the SAME exact flower set, one for my grandma in Dallas, one for my mother in Houston. My grandma's looked just like the picture and she was thrilled. My mom's, from Creations From The Junk, looked like garbage and was missing a main decorative item.
Horrible florist, will never order from FTD again because of them.
Sad Sad Excuse for a florist. The first delivery was sans card, beatiful vase and fresh flowers. Two days later the delivery person came and picked up the original and left behind old broken flowers in a horrible basket. No explanation, no response from repeated phone calls. Please do not waste your time with this florist.

I had the worst experience in what was supposed to be a great experience, receiving flowers...
First, the delivery driver got lost and called me up ranting and raving that he couldn't find my building, like it was my fault. When I called the number, 713-520-9224, to complain, I received another shock. I asked for a manager and was told that no one was in but they would need to take my name and number. Once I had given that information, I asked for the name of the person that would be returning my call. I was told that they would not give me that name. I then asked for the managers name and was again told they would not give me that information and HUNG UP ON ME!
To make matters even worse, the flowers looked TERRIBLE the next day and now 3 days later they are beyond recognition!
BIG surprise, I had to leave yet another message for the manager to call me back as I still have not heard anything.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, WILL POST THIS EXPERIENCE EVERYWHERE I CAN FIND A PLACE, AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
