Thorough, affordable and quick!. I broke my glasses and needed it replaced quickly last week. I had seen this office before so decided to try them since I shop by the Rice Village. The eye doctor was very thorough and addressed my issues and answered all my questions. I mentioned being a student so she asked the assistant up front to charge me a student special rate. As promised, by the very next day, I received a call saying my glasses was ready. The staff was friendly, helpful and not pushy; they helped me find the frame I liked without going over my budget. In short, this office was professional, efficient, and budget friendly. I will be referring more classmmates over here.

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN. I came in just to get my glasses adjusted and I left with damaged lenses. The girl behind the counter was busy with another customer, so I was just waiting and then the Dr. came out to help me.

After she had adjusted my glasses, she handed them back to me and when I tried them on, I realized the lenses were yellowish. When I had told her, she just stood there yelling at me telling me she would never do that.

I waited FOREVER for her to stop avoiding me and she just kept pretending that she was too busy to help me deal with the problem.

I'm not crazy, I walked in with clear lenses and walked out with yellow tinted ones. RI-DAMN-DICULOUS.

Excellent customer service!!. I really appreciate the service that I got at Eyedeal eyewear. I specifically chose this shop in the Village because it is privately owned (not a chain store!!!!), and the owner is in the shop almost every day (she is the optometrist there). The turnaround on the glasses are amazing....I got mine back in just a few days vs. the week or more that it takes at target/walmart/etc. I had a problems with a pair of frames months after I got them (the plastic was defective) and they went out of their way to call Dolce & Gabbana for me and got them replaced for just the cost of shipping. Now I have a brand new pair of sunglasses!! The have a great selection of really new styles, and everyone in the shop could not be nicer. Please try them out if you are looking for a new place to get your glasses/contacts, you will definitely be satisfied!
