Great service

WONDERFUL customer service... very patient when I couldn't decide what I wanted. I did a custom printing order and they were always extremely fast to respond and communicate at every step of the process, and did not lose patience with me when I changed my mind and asked a million questions! The only drawback is that if you order from Crane's it takes forever! (not Dromgoole's fault, just something to keep in mind). Also, I wasn't made aware of the fact that re-orders are extremely expensive, so keep that in mind also.

• Cons: just be aware of processing times and re-order costs with Crane's stationery!
