In Short – Rich, colorful fabrics and Indian art decorating the walls evokes a serene, relaxed atmosphere. Expect deftly prepared northern Indian dishes accompanied by freshly baked naan breads. Tandoori offerings include chicken, lamb, shrimp and charbroiled skewers. Chicken korma (with saffron and cashew nuts), Goan seafood curry, saag paneer and vindaloos are standouts. Combo platters are available. Shiva's reasonably priced lunch buffet includes vegetarian options. Service is prompt and friendly.

Excellent Indian cuisine in Rice village

I just ate at Shiva for lunch. Boy, was it a great meal or what ! The buffet was EXCELLENT. The food was remarkable. Me and three of my other friends ate here. We all agreed that Shiva is the ultimate place for indian food. The chicken curry, the lamb curry and the spinach with cheese cubes were made to perfection. The bread was nice and hot and served to the table. The service was prompt and efficient. The price was just under $10.
That is very moderate for the quality and variety, not to mention the terrific location. I am impressed,

just ok food that wasnt even cheap. just not worth the price. The waiters were extremely rude. Refused to refill water even after requesting them to do so! Go there to spoil your mood.

Great Lunch Buffet & pleasant atmosphere for dinner

Good food, quick service, great place to go for lunch or dinner. Melodious Indian music makes me want to dance with it.
Must try their food . Its a treat I promise
Tip for new customers ;
In the evenings : Park anywhere and walk around Rice Village. Many stores to explore and lots of eateries.
