In Short – Expect a mixed crowd of students and families that want to grab a tasty bite without spending a lot of money. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Pies have yeasty dough, puffy edges and crisp bottoms; a whole-wheat crust is also available. Favorites include the Hawaiian pizza, topped with Canadian bacon and chunks of sweet pineapple. The Mona Lisa, with its Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and feta will make your taste buds sing. The kitchen also turns out decent pastas at excellent prices.
Forks Bend - Now called Guglianos

First fork bent while cutting bread, 2nd bent in half eating spaghetti. Talk about cheap. They said all their forks are like that. Collinas was ok, Guglianos felt cheap and I felt embarrassed for having brought a friend there.
Do Think About It!!!

Linguini & spaghetti that came with tomato sauce was drenched in grease, Fettuccini was almost like drinking cream soup. We left our plates full and were not even offered a refund. The worst part was the after taste? our mouth tasted like dirty rags. The most disgusting food I?v had in my life? GO ELSE WHERE!

Worst service of all time.

This evening my boyfriend and I went for dinner at Collina's. As college students, Collina's is a nearby, moderately priced, and tasty place to eat- I love their pizza and some of their pasta dishes. However, the last three or four times I've been there, the service has been absolutely HORRIBLE. Tonight, the hostess tried to seat us at a dirty and poorly placed table (practically in what exists of a waiting area), and when I requested a different table, she scoffed and said "FINE" and sat us down. One other couple sat down nearby us around the same time. They had water, wine, and bread within a few minutes of sitting down, while we waited 15 minutes for the first sign of our waiter. After another 5 minutes of waiting for drinks, he then proceeded to bring bread and beers to an elderly couple next to us who had come in 10 minutes after us!! Still without drinks or bread, I got up and spoke to the host and asked to speak to the manager, but he reacted nonchalantly to my complaint and said he would get us the bread, without an apology or without answering my request to see the manager. The poor service continued with an epically long time for our entrees to come out. I am afraid that though the food is great, the service is simply not worth putting up with. They need to replace their entire serving staff. Before, I had thought the bad service I'd experienced there had been a fluke, but now I know that it's totally characteristic of this place. DON'T GO HERE.
- Pros: good pizza and pasta, good location
- Cons: TERRIBLE service
