Editorial Review for La Madeleine French Bakery – by Beth Lee

In Short
Hardwood floors, tables and chairs scattered in front of a fireplace; the decor is reminiscent of a French countryside cottage. Orders are placed at the front counter and brought to the table. Full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available; however, patrons are invited to come just for a glass of wine or cup of coffee. No meal would be complete without trying the strawberries Romanoff--fresh strawberries topped with brandy cream sauce.

My parents, my husband and 10 month old visited this location and received quite a disappointing experience. I was so disappointed by the poor customer service I called up the chain's comment line and gave my feedback. My call was returned a few days later by manager Jason Robicheaux. I was ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED by his empathy and his drive to bring us back as customers. I am going back. Thanks Jason for providing EXEMPLARY customer service.

Pros: The European Ambience, the menu, Manager Jason Robicheaux

I am a very picky eater and La Madeline is fantatstic. The service is super, never compaining when I request seperate plates and things on the side. AND the Tomato Basil soup is absolutely sinful!

Pros: cleanliness, service, selection

Cons: prices
