My wife has hepatitis C and we spent over 3 years being seen and treated by other physicians in and around the Houston area. None of them showed the expert care, and caring way that Dr. Galati showed to my wife and our entire family. We were very scared, and he was able to calm us down. This is a doctor that takes the time to explain things, and while he is very busy, you never feel rushed. He has a very nice staff, and they all seem interested in providing excellent care. The wait is very much woth it if you have any kind of liver disease. One draw back is parking. Plan extra time for finding a parking spot. Spend the extra few dollars and valet park your car. If your family member has liver disease, Dr. Galati is the one and only man to see. God bless.

The doctors themselves are great; however, their staff is another story. They are slow and not very friendly, especially the Office Manager, Cheryl Leheny. In following up, as I was instructed to do on several occasions, on a letter I was awaiting from Dr. Galati, I was finally referred to Ms. Leheny. Ms. Leheny was extremely rude and would not let me or my insurance agent speak. When we tried to explain what we needed she overrode what we were saying by interrupting and raising her voice over ours. All we needed was the status of this letter. The person we had been speaking with, initially, instructed us to follow-up in about 4 days, which is what we were doing. Ms. Leheny would not listen to us and subsequently hung up on us. She is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered in a doctor's office.
