Americanized Chinese Food. Other than this place making money off their parking lot for Rockets game night, their food is NOT the place to be giving your money too. Before changing owners, this restaurant used to serve authentic chinese food. After changing owners, the food became too americanized. The mongolian beef here is the worst I've ever tasted. Not only is the food americanized, but the atmosphere is too- what real chinese restaurant has a bar?

downtown sweet little garden. The restorant was very good. The food was tasty and it came to the table promptly. The place is plain but nice and the prices are fair. The only bad thing was that they brought the bill before i had finished to eat my food and i felt rushed. The restorant is not authentic chinese and the customers werenon-asian.

Starter.
You must try the "sizzling fried rice soup". It's a great beginner to a great evening of family style eating.
The lemon chicken is tasty and great!

If you have eaten with them one time they will know what you like and will see you have it served to you the way you like. If you would like some thing special just call and tell them it will be there for you if it is possable. This is
still a family run resturant you will see many people return week after week.

Excellent food. China Garden offers the best in Food. service is very prompt,and the owner really knows how to intertain you .with the new bar ,and wait staff you can see why people come there 2 or more times a week. Simply Great!!!

Great Food and Great People. There are a wealth of reasons to eat at China Garden. The food is excellent, the service impeccable and they are some of the nicest people around. I'd recommend eating there to anyone interested in a relaxing atmosphere with great food.

Can't beat the spicy shrimp.. This is the best chinese food in Houston. The spicy jalapeno shrimp is awsome. The shrimp are fresh and the portions are large. Egg rolls, hunan beef, special fried rice, lemon chicken....it is all very, very good.
