Is this truly a top-rate association?

In today's world, one expects to be able to find a professional service readily. Google the Association, and a generic search result comes up. I called their biz number on a Saturday, and the message refers to their Christmas holiday hours. Wow. Be professional. It doesn't take much to launch a good website, and it only takes three minutes to change the voice recording. I wasn't left with a very good impression. I have not used their professional services, but this is my first impression.
