The name of the game at Elevation Burger is grassfed beef. I like the idea that they're using this healthy beef, which gives a semblance of healthiness to the otherwise large-caloried burger. Everything is counter service, and you can order a basic or build-or-own with specific toppings, cheese, and number of patties.The burger was solid.
